【摘要】：近年來,醫(yī)學(xué)研究進(jìn)展迅猛,而國(guó)內(nèi)承載醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)和信息傳播的醫(yī)學(xué)期刊影響力較低,且面臨數(shù)字化、國(guó)際化的挑戰(zhàn),作為期刊建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)的編輯面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力。醫(yī)學(xué)期刊編輯不僅要有熟稔的編校技能、選題策劃能力,還應(yīng)有一定的醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)積累,甚至具備一定的科研能力。然而,國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)學(xué)編輯的社會(huì)認(rèn)可度較低,高質(zhì)量的工作要求與較低的社會(huì)認(rèn)可度的不平衡易導(dǎo)致編輯心理偏差。因此,醫(yī)學(xué)編輯應(yīng)從編輯工作、專業(yè)知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備、自我心態(tài)調(diào)整等方面做好自我管理。此外,編輯還應(yīng)注意健康管理,以避免高強(qiáng)度工作以及長(zhǎng)期伏案引起的身體不適。
[Abstract]:In recent years, medical research has made rapid progress, while the domestic medical journals carrying medical knowledge and information dissemination have low influence, and face the challenges of digitalization and internationalization. As the foundation of periodical construction, editors are facing enormous challenges and pressures. The editors of medical journals should not only have the skills of editing and editing, the ability of selecting topics and planning, but also the accumulation of medical knowledge and even the ability of scientific research. However, the social recognition of medical editors in China is relatively low, and the imbalance between high quality job requirements and low social recognition can easily lead to psychological deviation of editors. Therefore, medical editors should manage themselves from the aspects of editorial work, professional knowledge reserve, self-adjustment of mentality, etc. In addition, editors should pay attention to health management to avoid high-intensity work and long-term paperwork caused by physical discomfort.
