【摘要】：【目的】研究《中華醫(yī)學(xué)雜志英文版》(CMJ)和《新英格蘭醫(yī)學(xué)雜志》(NEJM)、《美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)雜志》(JAMA)以及《柳葉刀》(The Lancet)雜志刊文的差異,探索我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)期刊的發(fā)展途徑�！痉椒ā炕诳祁Ｎò矓�(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),比較2014—2016年CMJ與三大醫(yī)學(xué)期刊載文情況,分析期刊載文被引頻次排名前10的作者來(lái)源分布情況�！窘Y(jié)果】CMJ的即年指標(biāo)與被引半衰期都與三大醫(yī)學(xué)期刊存在著巨大的差距;同時(shí),CMJ本國(guó)作者載文的比例明顯偏高,整體引用率較低,載文國(guó)外作者大部分源于亞洲國(guó)家與其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家�！窘Y(jié)論】CMJ國(guó)內(nèi)論文總量很大,但影響力不高。需要積極與國(guó)外出版商合作,加大吸引國(guó)際稿源的力度,在提高期刊國(guó)外稿件刊登比例的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提高國(guó)外稿件的質(zhì)量,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)期刊關(guān)注程度的國(guó)際化,使CMJ真正成為引領(lǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)英文期刊邁向國(guó)際化品牌的排頭兵。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the differences of the articles published in the English edition of the Chinese Medical Journal, the New England Journal of Medicine, the (JAMA) of the American Medical Association and the Lancet (The Lancet). To explore the way of development of medical journals in China. [methods] based on Ke Rui Wei'an database, this paper compares the papers published by CMJ and three major medical journals in 2014-2016. [results] there is a huge gap between the annual index and the cited half-life of CMJ and the three medical journals. At the same time, the proportion of papers published by domestic authors of CMJ is on the high side, and the overall citation rate is relatively low. Most of the authors published abroad originate from Asian countries and other developing countries. [conclusion] the amount of domestic papers published by CMJ is very large, but the influence is not high. It is necessary to actively cooperate with foreign publishers to attract more international manuscripts, to further improve the quality of foreign manuscripts on the basis of increasing the proportion of foreign manuscripts published in periodicals, and to truly internationalize the degree of concern of periodicals. Make CMJ really lead the domestic English periodicals to the international brand of the vanguard.
