【摘要】： 目前我國社會正處于一個經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的信息時代,面對知識的不斷更新與工作壓力的不斷增大,人們需要不斷地充電與學習,而工具書無疑成為人們自我學習的最佳手段與工具。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,以信息知識為載體的工具書也在新的信息環(huán)境下發(fā)生著一系列的深刻變革。網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,傳統(tǒng)工具書向電子工具書的方向發(fā)展,電子工具書發(fā)展格局也由原來單一的光盤工具書向光盤版工具書與網(wǎng)絡(luò)版工具書并重的局面轉(zhuǎn)變。開放式工具書的出現(xiàn)更是突破了傳統(tǒng)工具書的編輯概念,將電子工具書的編纂與應(yīng)用擴展到整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)。而如何把握電子工具書的發(fā)展方向,采取何種發(fā)展途徑,滿足用戶的使用需求,成為電子工具書出版商首要關(guān)注的問題。 基于以上背景,文章主要研究的是通過對主要國內(nèi)外電子工具書的使用,總結(jié)分析中文電子工具書從編輯到出版的過程中所存在的問題及提出解決對策。文章主要包括六部分研究內(nèi)容： (1)引言 文章引言部分從整體上闡述了寫作本文的目的、意義以及開展研究的背景與方法。 (2)電子工具書概述 這一章主要闡述關(guān)于電子工具書的基本問題。首先對電子工具書的內(nèi)涵與外延進行細致的界定,其次歸納出電子工具書的不同類型,再總結(jié)出電子工具書相比于傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)工具書有哪些特點與優(yōu)勢。 (3)中文電子工具書發(fā)展存在的問題及對策 這部分的內(nèi)容主要從中文電子工具書的編排使用以及中文電子工具書的出版營銷中存在的不足著手,在借鑒國外主要電子工具書發(fā)展經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,分析各環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的解決對策。在這一章中,筆者會就圖書館及用戶到底需要何種電子工具書進行調(diào)研,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行分析,生成對電子工具書出版者有實際參考價值的報告。 (4)中文電子工具書發(fā)展模式 這一章結(jié)合我國電子工具書發(fā)展的具體情況,分別從開發(fā)中文電子工具書特色產(chǎn)品、加強產(chǎn)品的深度開發(fā)、制定注重產(chǎn)品商品化的營銷模式、加強產(chǎn)品載體形態(tài)的立體化出版以及引入國家職能部門調(diào)控等方面探討了中文電子工具書的發(fā)展模式。 (5)中文電子工具書發(fā)展趨勢預測 這一章內(nèi)容在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化成為電子工具書發(fā)展的必然趨勢的前提下,預測多個機構(gòu)或多個參考工具書之間合作完成工具書網(wǎng)站,即合作化會成為電子工具書的發(fā)展趨勢。此外,資源集合、服務(wù)多樣與特色化、專家與智能化也將為電子工具書發(fā)展提供新前景。 (6)第六章結(jié)語
[Abstract]:At present, our society is in an information age of rapid economic development. In the face of the constant renewal of knowledge and the increasing pressure of work, people need to constantly charge and learn. And reference books are undoubtedly the best means and tools for self-learning. With the continuous development of network technology, reference books with information knowledge as the carrier are undergoing a series of profound changes under the new information environment. Under the network environment, the traditional reference book develops to the electronic reference book direction, the electronic reference book development pattern also changes from the original single optical disk reference book to the optical disk version reference book and the network edition reference book equally pays attention to the situation. The emergence of open reference books breaks through the concept of editing traditional reference books and extends the compilation and application of electronic reference books to the whole network. And how to grasp the development direction of electronic reference books and adopt what way to meet the needs of users has become the primary concern of electronic reference book publishers. Based on the above background, this paper mainly studies the use of electronic reference books at home and abroad, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the process of Chinese electronic reference books from editing to publishing, and puts forward some countermeasures. This paper mainly includes six parts: (1) the preface of the introduction describes the purpose, significance, background and method of this paper. (2) an overview of electronic reference books this chapter mainly expounds the basic problems of electronic reference books. Firstly, the connotation and extension of electronic reference books are defined in detail, then the different types of electronic reference books are summed up, and then the characteristics and advantages of electronic reference books compared with traditional paper reference books are summarized. (3) the problems and countermeasures in the development of Chinese electronic reference books. The contents of this part mainly start from the deficiency of the arrangement and use of Chinese electronic reference books and the publishing and marketing of Chinese electronic reference books. On the basis of drawing lessons from the development experience of foreign major electronic reference books, this paper analyzes the existing problems in various links and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. In this chapter, the author will investigate what kind of electronic reference books the library and users need, and analyze the results of the investigation, and produce a report of practical reference value for the publishers of electronic reference books. (4) the development model of Chinese electronic reference books is combined with the specific situation of the development of electronic reference books in China, from the development of Chinese electronic reference books characteristic products, strengthen the in-depth development of products, This paper discusses the development mode of Chinese electronic reference books from the aspects of establishing a marketing model that pays attention to the commercialization of products, strengthening the three-dimensional publishing of product carrier forms and introducing the regulation and control of national functional departments. (5) Prediction of the Development trend of Chinese Electronic reference Books on the premise that networking has become an inevitable trend of the development of electronic reference books, it is predicted that many institutions or reference books will cooperate to complete reference book websites. Namely, cooperative transformation will become the development trend of electronic reference books. In addition, the collection of resources, various services and features, experts and intelligence will also provide a new prospect for the development of electronic reference books.
