【摘要】：2016年,隨著"數(shù)字出版"正式寫入國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃綱要,數(shù)字出版作為現(xiàn)代文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展水平進(jìn)入更高階段。數(shù)字出版的"元年"續(xù)寫:融合發(fā)展重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和科技與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室首次啟動,首個數(shù)字編輯職稱正式推出并備受關(guān)注。與此同時,新聞出版業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級工作深入推進(jìn),全國范圍內(nèi)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級軟件技術(shù)服務(wù)商遴選和評審啟動,專業(yè)出版領(lǐng)域的知識服務(wù)卓有成效,以數(shù)字出版千人計(jì)劃為標(biāo)志的全面人才培養(yǎng)方案新鮮出爐,傳統(tǒng)出版和新興出版在內(nèi)容、技術(shù)、管理、平臺等方面的深度融合機(jī)制加快形成并不斷完善。文產(chǎn)資金的支持方向首次增添了市場化配置資源的成分,這種以市場化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化為導(dǎo)向的政策改革,對數(shù)字出版企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力和自我造血能力提出了更高的要求,在某種程度上也預(yù)示著數(shù)字出版的未來將會呈現(xiàn)出優(yōu)勝劣汰、適者生存的市場化經(jīng)營發(fā)展局面。
[Abstract]:In 2016, with "Digital Publishing" being formally written into the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, Digital Publishing, as an important part of modern cultural industry, has entered a higher stage of development. The first year of Digital publication: the key Laboratory of Integration and Development and the key Laboratory of Science and Standards were launched for the first time, and the first digital editing title was officially launched and received much attention. At the same time, the work of transforming and upgrading the press and publishing industry has been advanced in depth, and the selection and evaluation of software technology service providers for the transformation and upgrading of the country have been launched, and the knowledge services in the field of professional publishing have been effective. The comprehensive talent training plan marked by the plan of thousands of people in digital publishing is fresh out. The deep integration mechanism of traditional publishing and emerging publishing in content, technology, management, platform and so on has been formed and improved continuously. For the first time, the supporting direction of cultural capital has increased the component of market-oriented allocation of resources. This kind of policy reform, which is market-oriented and industrialization-oriented, has put forward higher requirements for the project achievement transformation and self-hematopoiesis ability of digital publishing enterprises. To some extent, it also indicates that the future of digital publishing will present the situation of survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest.
