【摘要】：中國法學(xué)研究事業(yè)自改革開放以來蓬勃發(fā)展,學(xué)術(shù)共同體逐漸形成,研究成果豐碩。中國法學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)期刊致力于成為中國法學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展的"領(lǐng)跑者",并且正在引領(lǐng)學(xué)術(shù)研究實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型,力求在推動中國問題研究與比較法研究中尋找平衡,在批判反思與增量式研究的博弈中推陳出新,形成中國特色社會主義法治理論,并且注重對外傳播,體現(xiàn)出新時代的責(zé)任感與使命感。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Chinese legal research has developed vigorously, the academic community has gradually formed, and the research results have been fruitful. The Chinese Law academic Journal is committed to becoming the "leader" in the development of Chinese legal science, and is leading the transformation of academic research, striving to find a balance in promoting the study of Chinese issues and comparative law. In the game of critical introspection and incremental research, the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is formed, and the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is formed, which shows the sense of responsibility and mission in the new era.
