【摘要】：隨著上世紀(jì)末以來，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)相結(jié)合后的飛速發(fā)展，給世界帶來的這一場(chǎng)深刻的變革，已經(jīng)使得數(shù)字信息技術(shù)完全顛覆了現(xiàn)代人的生活思維方式并影響到了人們生活的各個(gè)方面。而數(shù)字技術(shù)在文化與傳媒領(lǐng)域的行業(yè)內(nèi)的運(yùn)用，也引發(fā)了整個(gè)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)產(chǎn)業(yè)的形態(tài)發(fā)展，催生出了新的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)傳播方式和生態(tài)格局。 數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)作為新技術(shù)背景下，傳統(tǒng)出版產(chǎn)業(yè)與數(shù)字信息技術(shù)的完美結(jié)合。其所能呈現(xiàn)低成本、高效率、大規(guī)模、個(gè)性化等傳播優(yōu)勢(shì)，更加順應(yīng)了新時(shí)代受眾的信息服務(wù)需求和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，業(yè)已成為了國內(nèi)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)等相關(guān)行業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)踐中令人矚目的焦點(diǎn)所在。 本文通過筆者對(duì)數(shù)字環(huán)境下出版業(yè)的版權(quán)1運(yùn)營機(jī)制進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)地分析，在借鑒國外先進(jìn)版權(quán)制度設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國目前三大出版領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展境況，從版權(quán)立法更新、版權(quán)保護(hù)技術(shù)、版權(quán)授權(quán)方式、版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究分析。本文共分為四個(gè)部分。第一章緒論，重點(diǎn)闡述了數(shù)字版權(quán)運(yùn)營的概念；第二章論述了對(duì)國內(nèi)外數(shù)字出版業(yè)的版權(quán)運(yùn)營的觀察狀況；第三章重點(diǎn)對(duì)數(shù)字出版的版權(quán)運(yùn)營要素進(jìn)行了深入分析；第四章則是對(duì)三大出版領(lǐng)域數(shù)字版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究探討，并給出了筆者自己的相關(guān)意見。 在本文中，筆者著力以“版權(quán)運(yùn)營”為核心，，從數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展角度對(duì)版權(quán)問題展開較為深入的研究。筆者將采用創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散理論，對(duì)目前數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)各種形態(tài)的版權(quán)運(yùn)營情況分別逐一進(jìn)行深入分析論證并加以總結(jié)，探尋其共性特征。在學(xué)理層面，使這一角度的研究形成了一定的突破創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and computers since the end of the last century, this profound change has been brought to the world. Digital information technology has completely changed the modern way of thinking and affected all aspects of people's life. The application of digital technology in the field of culture and media has also led to the development of the whole cultural industry and intellectual property industry, which has given birth to new products, service dissemination methods and ecological pattern. Digital publishing industry as a new technology background, the perfect combination of traditional publishing industry and digital information technology. It has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, large scale, individuation and so on. It conforms to the information service demand of the audience of the new era and the development trend of the cultural industry, and has become the cultural industry at home and abroad. Information industry and other related industry development practice in the focus of attention. In this paper, the author makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the operation mechanism of copyright 1 in the publishing industry under the digital environment. On the basis of drawing lessons from the design of foreign advanced copyright systems, the author combines the development situation of digital transformation in the three major publishing fields in China. Systematic research and analysis are carried out from several aspects, such as copyright legislation update, copyright protection technology, copyright authorization mode, copyright operation mode and so on. This paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter focuses on the introduction of the concept of digital copyright operation; the second chapter discusses the domestic and foreign digital publishing industry copyright operation observation situation; the third chapter focuses on the digital publishing copyright operation elements in-depth analysis; The fourth chapter focuses on the three major publishing areas of digital copyright operation mode, and gives the author's own views. In this paper, I focus on "copyright operation" as the core, from the perspective of the development of the digital publishing industry to carry out a more in-depth study of copyright issues. The author will use the theory of innovation diffusion to analyze and summarize the copyright operation of various forms of digital publishing industry one by one and explore its common features. At the academic level, the research of this angle formed a certain breakthrough and innovation.
