【摘要】：正在全面深化改革的背景下,作為傳播學(xué)術(shù)信息、進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流、培養(yǎng)和發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)人才的學(xué)術(shù)期刊,不僅在學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值上有所發(fā)揮,還可為新型智庫建設(shè)提供寶貴的資源與平臺(tái)。發(fā)揮學(xué)術(shù)期刊的智庫功能不僅可以為新型智庫建設(shè)提供智力支持與保障,同時(shí)對(duì)期刊改革發(fā)展也具有重大的意義與價(jià)值。學(xué)術(shù)期刊的智庫功能目前學(xué)界研究并不多。張放認(rèn)為,高校學(xué)報(bào)通過對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)科研成果的推廣,對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化等趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析與預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)而提出科學(xué)的研究對(duì)策,為社會(huì)進(jìn)步提供智慧方案;汪
[Abstract]:Under the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way, as an academic journal that disseminates academic information, conducts academic exchanges, trains and finds academic talents, it not only exerts its academic value, but also provides valuable resources and platforms for the construction of a new type of think-tank. Giving full play to the function of academic periodicals can not only provide intellectual support and guarantee for the construction of new types of think tanks, but also have great significance and value for the reform and development of periodicals. At present, there is not much research on the function of think tank of academic journals. Zhang Fang believes that university journals analyze and predict the political, economic and cultural trends in the process of social development through the popularization of academic and scientific research achievements, and then put forward scientific research countermeasures to provide a wise plan for social progress.
