【摘要】：正現(xiàn)代社會是一個物質(zhì)存在,其直觀表現(xiàn)是物理存在,現(xiàn)實運行則是一種有機存在,存在類生命的運行規(guī)律和機制,對現(xiàn)實世界的觀察和思考則形成理論和思想,從而成為學術(shù)的存在理由和表達方式。學術(shù)期刊就是人類社會進入現(xiàn)代社會中知識生產(chǎn)加速、知識交流需求迫切后出現(xiàn)的定期系列出版物。顯然,因是定期出版講究一個時效性,因是交流需要講究一個創(chuàng)新性。作為同行,佳寧率先提出的"選題在期刊編
