【摘要】：21世紀,伴隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和高校改革的深入,我國高校出版社的發(fā)展面臨著一個前所未有的歷史轉(zhuǎn)型。由于多方面因素的影響,高校出版社的發(fā)展進程中出現(xiàn)了許多體制性問題：出版社產(chǎn)權(quán)關(guān)系不順,學校直接承擔了出版社的運營風險；出版社的管理體制不規(guī)范,學校對出版社的行政干預過多；出版社缺乏投入撤出機制等等。這些問題,嚴重影響了高校出版社的健康發(fā)展。體制改革,勢在必行。 高校出版社改制具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實意義,而改制模式的選擇會直接影響到改制成果即高校出版社改制后的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。本文以湖南師范大學出版社為對象,通過分析高校出版社的特點,結(jié)合國內(nèi)知名院校的改制成功案例,對湖南師范大學出版社改制進行研究。文章首先分析了湖南師范大學出版社的改制環(huán)境,接著對改制的模式進行分析。在此基礎上,制定了湖南師范大學出版社改制方案。最后對湖南師范大學出版社改制方案進行了績效評價,旨在為同類及其他高校出版社的改制提供借鑒意義。 在高校出版社改制模式的設計過程中,本文根據(jù)改制出版社的實際情況,將湖南師范大學出版社改制全程與相關(guān)理論緊密結(jié)合,同時兼顧一般情況,注重體系思想的可移植性與應用價值,雖然是以湖南師范大學出版社改制為研究對象,但處處考慮到整個高校改制的情況,為高校出版社的改制提供了一般思路和參考性意見。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid development of modern information technology and the deepening of the reform of colleges and universities, the development of university publishing houses in China is facing an unprecedented historical transformation. Due to the influence of many factors, there are many systemic problems in the development process of university publishing house: the publishing house property right relation is not good, the school has borne the publishing house operation risk directly; The management system of the publishing house is not standard, the administrative intervention of the school to the publishing house is too much, and the publishing house lacks the mechanism of withdrawing the input, and so on. These problems have seriously affected the healthy development of university publishing houses. It is imperative to reform the system. The reform of university publishing house is of great practical significance, and the choice of reform mode will directly affect the sustainable development of the reform of university publishing house, that is, the sustainable development after the reform of university publishing house. This paper takes Hunan normal University Press as an object, through analyzing the characteristics of university publishing house, combining with the successful cases of famous colleges and universities in China, studies the reform of Hunan normal University Press. This paper first analyzes the reform environment of Hunan normal University Press, and then analyzes the mode of reform. On this basis, the plan of restructuring Hunan normal University Press has been formulated. Finally, the paper evaluates the performance of Hunan normal University Press in order to provide reference for similar and other university publishing houses. In the course of designing the reform mode of university publishing house, according to the actual situation of the reform publishing house, this paper combines the whole process of Hunan normal University publishing house reform with relevant theories, and takes into account the general situation at the same time. The emphasis on the transplantability and application value of the system thought, though taking the reform of Hunan normal University Press as the research object, always takes into account the situation of the reform of the whole university, and provides general ideas and reference opinions for the reform of the publishing house of colleges and universities.
