【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著"共享經(jīng)濟(jì)"新商業(yè)模式的興起,以阿里巴巴、優(yōu)步為代表的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)企業(yè)取得了極大成功。文章從共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的定義、核心要素出發(fā),分別以中信、讀客等出版企業(yè)共享平臺(tái)模式的探索為案例,分析了商對(duì)客(B2C)和點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)(P2P)兩種共享平臺(tái)模式對(duì)我國(guó)出版企業(yè)的影響及未來(lái)前景,試圖將共享經(jīng)濟(jì)中最重要的再中介化平臺(tái)引入出版行業(yè),以尋求現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的轉(zhuǎn)型和更大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br/>[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of new business model of "sharing economy", the enterprises represented by Alibaba and Uber have achieved great success. Starting from the definition and core elements of sharing economy, this paper takes the exploration of shared platform mode of publishing enterprises such as Citic, readers and other publishing enterprises as case studies. This paper analyzes the impact and future prospects of two kinds of shared platform models, B2C and P2P, on Chinese publishing enterprises, and attempts to introduce the most important reintermediation platform in the sharing economy into the publishing industry. In order to seek the transformation of modern enterprise system and greater development potential.
