【摘要】：美華書館是近代中國較重要的以出版和發(fā)行為一體的教會出版機構(gòu)之一。該書館為了傳教之需,除了出版宗教書籍外,還刊行了一些英漢雙語詞典、漢語方言語音及語法等方面著作。這些著作為當今的中外學者對譯名的統(tǒng)一、專科詞語的校對以及詞典的編纂提供了很重要依據(jù)。美華書館在很大程度上傳播了中國語言文化,對近代中國圖書出版業(yè)的崛起以及漢語方言文化的傳播起了很關(guān)鍵的作用。
[Abstract]:Meihua Library is one of the most important church publishing institutions in modern China. In order to preach, besides religious books, the library also publishes some bilingual dictionaries, pronunciation and grammar of Chinese dialects and so on. These works provide an important basis for the unification of translated names, the proofreading of specialized words and the compilation of dictionaries. To a great extent, Meihua Library spread Chinese language and culture, which played a key role in the rise of modern Chinese book publishing industry and the spread of Chinese dialect culture.
