【摘要】：近十年來(lái),我國(guó)人口結(jié)構(gòu)老齡化速度加快,單純的物質(zhì)養(yǎng)老模式已不能滿足老齡化社會(huì)的要求,精神養(yǎng)老呼之欲出。閱讀作為人類(lèi)獲取信息、傳承知識(shí)的主要手段,更是人類(lèi)獲得精神滿足的重要途徑。上海是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)最發(fā)達(dá)、人口老齡化程度最高的城市,研究上海老年人閱讀環(huán)境和閱讀習(xí)慣,不僅有助于了解當(dāng)代老年人的精神需求情況,還可為我國(guó)其他地區(qū)的精神養(yǎng)老服務(wù)提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本文在對(duì)閱讀的概念進(jìn)行界定、簡(jiǎn)要介紹近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的閱讀研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和實(shí)地訪談等方式得到的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),提取上海市部分區(qū)域的老年讀者群體近十年來(lái)的閱讀情況。繼而找出造成這種情況的自然、社會(huì)和文化方面的因素,并最終嘗試以政府、公共閱讀機(jī)構(gòu)、出版機(jī)構(gòu)和家庭為主體,尋求改善提高閱讀活動(dòng)對(duì)老人精神滿意水平促進(jìn)作用的措施。 調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)近十年上海老人的閱讀環(huán)境受到更多來(lái)自社會(huì)變遷和科技進(jìn)步等因素的影響,舊有閱讀觀念也隨之有所變動(dòng)。上海老年人的閱讀習(xí)慣改變較小,仍視閱讀為重要休閑活動(dòng),尤其對(duì)紙質(zhì)讀物保有較強(qiáng)閱讀欲望。伴隨地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技高速發(fā)展,新的家庭結(jié)構(gòu)及養(yǎng)老模式?jīng)_擊了傳統(tǒng)老人本位的孝文化,功利閱讀思潮扭曲著大眾對(duì)閱讀的態(tài)度,老年人在社會(huì)角色的轉(zhuǎn)型中承受著更多精神壓力,也日益重視閱讀活動(dòng)所內(nèi)含的及衍生的精神慰藉功能。與此相矛盾的是,老人受到身體健康、教育程度、社會(huì)精神養(yǎng)老支持力度及良好閱讀習(xí)慣等條件制約,閱讀障礙增多,閱讀需求和滿足之間矛盾突出。 針對(duì)上述矛盾,政府方面應(yīng)主動(dòng)承擔(dān)起精神養(yǎng)老的重任,借助大眾傳媒普及精神養(yǎng)老理念,通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)數(shù)字電視閱讀模式和扶持發(fā)展社會(huì)精神敬老志愿者服務(wù)等,增強(qiáng)閱讀活動(dòng)對(duì)豐富老人精神生活的作用。公共閱讀機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)開(kāi)展專(zhuān)項(xiàng)扶老閱讀工作,設(shè)立老年讀者專(zhuān)區(qū)及指導(dǎo)家庭藏書(shū)建設(shè)等服務(wù)。出版機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)在持續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)傳統(tǒng)老年圖書(shū)品種的同時(shí)關(guān)注該群體新的閱讀需求,增加出版物中的音圖元素以提高紙質(zhì)讀物的易用性,制作質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉圖書(shū)。對(duì)于每個(gè)家庭來(lái)說(shuō),開(kāi)展家庭互動(dòng)閱讀尤其是親子、親老閱讀活動(dòng)有助于增強(qiáng)老人精神滿足感。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the aging speed of population structure in China has been accelerated, and the simple material old-age support model can not meet the requirements of the aging society. As the main means for human to acquire information and pass on knowledge, reading is an important way for human to obtain spiritual satisfaction. Shanghai is the city with the most developed economy and the highest aging population. Studying the reading environment and reading habits of the elderly in Shanghai is not only helpful to understand the spiritual needs of the contemporary elderly, It can also be used for reference in other regions of our country. On the basis of defining the concept of reading and briefly introducing the related reading research results at home and abroad in recent years, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant data obtained by questionnaire and field interviews. To extract the reading situation of the elderly readers in some regions of Shanghai in the past ten years. And then identify the natural, social and cultural factors that cause this, and ultimately try to take the government, the public reading agency, the publishing agency and the family as the mainstay, Measures to improve the promoting effect of reading activities on the mental satisfaction of the elderly are sought. It is found that the reading environment of the elderly in Shanghai has been influenced by many factors such as social changes and scientific and technological progress in recent ten years, and the old reading concepts have also changed. The old people in Shanghai have little change in reading habits and still regard reading as an important leisure activity, especially have a strong reading desire for paper reading materials. With the rapid development of regional economy and science and technology, the new family structure and old-age support model have impacted on the traditional filial piety culture of the elderly, and the trend of utilitarian reading distorts the public's attitude towards reading. The elderly bear more mental pressure in the transformation of social role, and pay more attention to the psychological comfort function of reading activities. Paradoxically, the elderly are restricted by physical health, education, social mental support and good reading habits, the reading obstacles increase, and the contradiction between reading needs and satisfaction is prominent. In view of the above contradictions, the government should take the initiative to shoulder the heavy responsibility of mental old-age support, popularize the concept of mental old-age support with the help of mass media, develop the mode of digital television reading and support and develop the social spirit and respect for the elderly volunteers, etc. Strengthen reading activities to enrich the spiritual life of the elderly. Public reading institutions should carry out special reading work for the elderly, set up special areas for the elderly readers and guide the construction of family books. The publishing institutions should pay attention to the new reading needs of this group while continuing to develop the traditional varieties of old books, increase the phonetic and graphic elements in the publications in order to improve the ease of use of paper reading materials and make books of high quality and low price. For every family, family interactive reading, especially parent-child reading, helps to enhance the elderly's spiritual satisfaction.
