【摘要】：就近年來國內(nèi)外撤稿事件頻發(fā)現(xiàn)象,給出了撤稿的定義、目的與主要原因,提出了何時應該采取撤稿、關(guān)注或更正的判別標準;對在撤稿過程中如何處理所出現(xiàn)的學術(shù)不端行為與相關(guān)注意事項進行了詳細闡述,并對如何撰寫、發(fā)布和引用撤稿聲明給出了建議。文章旨在為科技期刊編輯正確認識撤稿和規(guī)范撤稿流程提供參考。
[Abstract]:According to the frequent occurrence of withdrawal events at home and abroad in recent years, this paper gives the definition, purpose and main reasons of withdrawal, and puts forward the criterion of when to take withdrawal, concern or correction. This paper expounds in detail how to deal with the academic misconduct and the relevant matters needing attention in the process of withdrawal of manuscripts, and gives some suggestions on how to write, issue and quote the statement of withdrawal of manuscripts. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for editors of sci-tech journals to correctly understand the draft withdrawal and standardize the withdrawal process.
