【摘要】：《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院院刊》于2011年第一期起更名為《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》,由面向單一科研機(jī)構(gòu)的專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)期刊拓展為面向整個(gè)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域。更名后的《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》相對(duì)于原來(lái)的期刊有了新的辦刊目標(biāo),新的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,對(duì)期刊質(zhì)量有了更高的要求。 為適應(yīng)新的變化與需求,借助期刊更名的契機(jī)切實(shí)將刊物的學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量提高到一個(gè)新的水平,本文在充分地研究《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院院刊》更名為《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》后期刊發(fā)展所面臨的實(shí)際問(wèn)題的同時(shí),采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方法分析Military Medicine的載文和引文特點(diǎn),研究我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)的研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,將它刊的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與我國(guó)的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,為成功辦好《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》提供借鑒和啟示。 全文包括5個(gè)部分: 第一部分重點(diǎn)闡述了引證網(wǎng)絡(luò)的原理與應(yīng)用,科學(xué)知識(shí)圖譜的原理與應(yīng)用及CitespaceⅡ軟件簡(jiǎn)介。引證網(wǎng)絡(luò)最初是由Derek J . de Solla Price在1965年提出的,其應(yīng)用實(shí)例是Eigenfactor的應(yīng)用�？茖W(xué)知識(shí)圖譜是現(xiàn)代化的科學(xué)計(jì)量分析方法,其主要方法有引文分析法、共被引分析法、多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法等,CitespaceⅡ軟件是由美國(guó)Drexl大學(xué)的陳超美博士開(kāi)發(fā)的一款第二代信息可視化分析工具,可供免費(fèi)使用。 第二部分研究確定了Military Medicine的相關(guān)期刊群。通過(guò)分析Military Medicine的引證網(wǎng)絡(luò),用知識(shí)圖譜方法和CitespaceⅡ軟件分析得出Military Medicine的來(lái)源期刊、施引期刊和同被引期刊,分別選取各類(lèi)位于前十位的期刊共30種。30種期刊中有2種重復(fù)出現(xiàn)3次,9種重復(fù)出現(xiàn)2次,除去重復(fù)后,得出《美國(guó)公共衛(wèi)生雜志》、《美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)雜志》、《新英格蘭醫(yī)學(xué)雜志》、《柳葉刀》、《外傷雜志:創(chuàng)傷、感染和危癥護(hù)理》等19種Military Medicine相關(guān)期刊。 第三部分重點(diǎn)分析了Military Medicine的相關(guān)期刊。將Military Medicine的引證網(wǎng)絡(luò)代替Military Medicine作為分析單位,分析了關(guān)鍵詞、關(guān)鍵被引文章、研究機(jī)構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵作者等。結(jié)果顯示,Military Medicine引證網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的主要關(guān)鍵詞有流行病學(xué)、健康、外傷、阿富汗、危險(xiǎn)因子、死亡率等;關(guān)鍵被引文章有“從伊拉克撤離后的美軍士兵的輕微腦外傷”、“不同軍事行動(dòng)中疾病和非戰(zhàn)斗損傷發(fā)生概率的比較”等;關(guān)鍵作者有Hoge CW、Gray GC、Kessler RC等;主要研究機(jī)構(gòu)有美軍醫(yī)科大學(xué)、美國(guó)海軍、德克薩斯大學(xué)等。對(duì)Military Medicine相關(guān)期刊中的《外傷雜志:創(chuàng)傷、感染和危癥護(hù)理》、《美國(guó)公共衛(wèi)生雜志》等5種代表性期刊進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)Military Medicine引證網(wǎng)絡(luò)與美軍軍事醫(yī)學(xué)聯(lián)系緊密。 第四部分重點(diǎn)研究了我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀。研究并編輯了在CNKI中檢索軍事醫(yī)學(xué)類(lèi)論文的檢索式,選取2000~2009年我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)類(lèi)論文,分別對(duì)我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)的高被引作者、高被引關(guān)鍵詞、高產(chǎn)作者、高產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)、高頻關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行分析。得出我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)以軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院及管理、航天醫(yī)學(xué)、軍事訓(xùn)練傷、衛(wèi)勤保障、流行病學(xué)、心理健康等研究為重點(diǎn);主要研究機(jī)構(gòu)有第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)、第三軍醫(yī)大學(xué)、第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)、軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院、解放軍總醫(yī)院等,每個(gè)單位均有各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科;高產(chǎn)作者有徐先榮、張鷺鷺、程天民、王德文、孫慶喜等,且高產(chǎn)作者的研究領(lǐng)域與我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)的重點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域相吻合。通過(guò)分析還發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)研究的前沿領(lǐng)域主要有軍事應(yīng)激醫(yī)學(xué)、軍事再生醫(yī)學(xué)、軍事認(rèn)知神經(jīng)科學(xué)和救援醫(yī)學(xué)等。 第五部分在總結(jié)前四部分研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,得到Military Medicine對(duì)《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》的辦刊啟示:第一,所發(fā)表文章要有相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的研究領(lǐng)域,并在時(shí)間上長(zhǎng)期跟蹤和關(guān)注該領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及發(fā)展趨勢(shì);第二,要緊緊圍繞“軍事醫(yī)學(xué)”這一核心,把握軍事醫(yī)學(xué)的研究進(jìn)展和動(dòng)態(tài);第三,《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》要將軍事行動(dòng)所帶來(lái)的對(duì)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)的變革和影響作為重點(diǎn);第四,注重資源整合和研究單位的多元化。分析了我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)期刊生存和發(fā)展的困難。結(jié)合我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)研究的實(shí)際情況,提出辦好《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》的對(duì)策思考:第一,重點(diǎn)把握我國(guó)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域并與軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,循序漸進(jìn)完成《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院院刊》向《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》的轉(zhuǎn)變;第二,加強(qiáng)資源共享及與其他軍事醫(yī)學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的合作,邀請(qǐng)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)大家在《軍事醫(yī)學(xué)》發(fā)表文章;第三,密切關(guān)注我國(guó)各類(lèi)軍事行動(dòng)對(duì)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)帶來(lái)的影響以及由此產(chǎn)生的新的研究領(lǐng)域;第四,注重新軍事變革對(duì)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)提出的新要求。
