圖書生產(chǎn)過程中風(fēng)險因素的分析與控制研究

【摘要】：在圖書市場激烈競爭的今天,出版業(yè)也必然要像其他行業(yè)一樣,經(jīng)歷優(yōu)勝劣汰的市場競爭原則。因此,各出版企業(yè)想要在日益激烈的環(huán)境中生存、發(fā)展,就必須構(gòu)建自身的核心優(yōu)勢,重視出版全過程、各環(huán)節(jié)的精細(xì)管理,尤其是對圖書生產(chǎn)過程中可能發(fā)生的風(fēng)險事件進(jìn)行第一時間的識別并采取有效的控制措施,即是對圖書的生產(chǎn)活動進(jìn)行風(fēng)險管理,已成為出版企業(yè)管理內(nèi)容的重中之重。 目前對企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理的研究還不夠成熟,對生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險的研究則剛剛起步。特別在圖書生產(chǎn)方面,圖書生產(chǎn)過程中的風(fēng)險研究更是鳳毛麟角。有些學(xué)者只是根據(jù)自身專業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)D書生產(chǎn)過程中的某個組成要素進(jìn)行了針對性的研究,缺乏系統(tǒng)性的論述。在圖書生產(chǎn)實際中,一方面,圖書生產(chǎn)既是工藝制作過程,又是文化生成過程,對圖書生產(chǎn)過程的監(jiān)管與實時控制是出版企業(yè)節(jié)約成本、增加經(jīng)營利潤的關(guān)鍵渠道。另一方面,傳統(tǒng)出版企業(yè)還面臨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)與數(shù)字出版等媒體搶占市場份額的沖擊與挑戰(zhàn)。此外,圖書在生產(chǎn)過程中造成的紙張浪費、裝幀印制不合理、編輯校對質(zhì)量差等問題都迫切需要出版企業(yè)及時識別并有效控制圖書生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險。 本文以生產(chǎn)管理學(xué)、項目管理理論和風(fēng)險管理的基本理論為指導(dǎo),從我國當(dāng)前出版企業(yè)的實際生產(chǎn)情況出發(fā),運用因果分析法和檢查表法識別目前出版企業(yè)在圖書生產(chǎn)過程中可能會遇到的各種風(fēng)險,并對其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,同時,也對圖書生產(chǎn)過程中風(fēng)險的控制提出了建設(shè)性意見,如建立健全風(fēng)險管理體系、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險意識,從圖書生產(chǎn)的成本控制、質(zhì)量控制和進(jìn)度控制三個方面來探討圖書在制作過程中的風(fēng)險控制策略。 本文由四個部分組成： 第一部分為選題研究背景,主要涵蓋了風(fēng)險與風(fēng)險管理、生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險與管理、圖書生產(chǎn)過程風(fēng)險與管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,針對當(dāng)前我國出版企業(yè)在圖書生產(chǎn)過程中存在的風(fēng)險提出問題,確立了本文的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。 第二部分,將風(fēng)險管理、生產(chǎn)運作管理和項目管理的相關(guān)理論知識結(jié)合起來,交叉分析圖書在生產(chǎn)過程中風(fēng)險產(chǎn)生的原因和根源,總結(jié)目前圖書在生產(chǎn)過程中可能遇到的各種風(fēng)險并進(jìn)行了分類闡述。 第三部分,利用項目風(fēng)險管理的基本理論知識,運用因果分析法和檢查表法對圖書生產(chǎn)過程中的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了識別。同時,還通過層次分析法和主觀評分法對圖書生產(chǎn)過程中的風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行量化分析,并予以綜合評價。 第四部分,針對出版企業(yè)在圖書生產(chǎn)活動的實際,提出了風(fēng)險控制戰(zhàn)略,如建立健全風(fēng)險管理體系、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險意識以及從圖書生產(chǎn)的成本控制、質(zhì)量控制和進(jìn)度控制三個方面來詳細(xì)探討具體的控制措施。
[Abstract]:With the fierce competition in the book market, the publishing industry must experience the competition principle of survival of the fittest like other industries. Therefore, if every publishing enterprise wants to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce environment, it must construct its own core advantages, attach importance to the whole process of publishing and the fine management of each link. In particular, it is the most important for publishing enterprises to identify the risk events that may occur in the process of book production and take effective control measures, that is, to manage the risk of the production activities of books. At present, the research on enterprise risk management is not mature enough, but the research on production risk is just beginning. Especially in the book production, the risk study in the book production process is even rarer. Some scholars only study some constituent elements in the process of book production according to their own professional field, but lack systematic discussion. In the practice of book production, on the one hand, book production is not only a process of craft production, but also a process of culture generation. The supervision and real-time control of the process of book production is the key channel for publishing enterprises to save costs and increase operating profits. On the other hand, traditional publishing enterprises also face the impact and challenge of media such as network and digital publishing. In addition, the waste of paper caused by the production of books, unreasonable binding and printing, poor quality of editing and proofreading are all urgent needs of publishing enterprises to identify and effectively control the risks in the process of book production. Guided by the basic theories of production management, project management and risk management, this paper proceeds from the actual production situation of our country's current publishing enterprises. Using causality analysis method and check table method to identify various kinds of risks that publishing enterprises may encounter in the course of book production, and analyze them in detail. At the same time, it also puts forward constructive suggestions on the control of risks in the course of book production. Such as establishing and perfecting the risk management system, strengthening the risk consciousness, discussing the risk control strategy in the course of making books from three aspects: the cost control, the quality control and the progress control of the book production. This paper is composed of four parts: the first part is the research background of the topic, including risk and risk management, production risk and management, risk and management of book production process. In view of the problems existing in the process of book production in Chinese publishing enterprises, the research contents and methods of this paper are established. The second part combines the theory knowledge of risk management, production operation management and project management, and analyzes the causes and causes of risk in the process of production. This paper summarizes the various risks that may be encountered in the production process of books at present and makes a classification and exposition. The third part uses the basic theory knowledge of project risk management to identify the risk in the course of book production by using causality analysis method and check table method. At the same time, the risk factors in the process of book production are analyzed quantitatively by AHP and subjective scoring method, and the comprehensive evaluation is given. In the fourth part, aiming at the actual situation of publishing enterprises in book production, the paper puts forward the risk control strategy, such as establishing and perfecting risk management system, strengthening risk consciousness and controlling the cost of book production. Quality control and schedule control to discuss the specific control measures in detail.
