【摘要】：目前,新聞聚合器的迅猛崛起,為受眾提供了諸多便捷,創(chuàng)造了巨大市場效能。但同時(shí),新聞聚合器侵權(quán)問題也日益突出,并引發(fā)了諸多利益相關(guān)體的強(qiáng)烈不滿。對(duì)此,本文結(jié)合具體案例,重點(diǎn)探討新聞聚合器侵權(quán)的法律責(zé)任與治理路徑,以期為完善其市場發(fā)展提供可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid rise of news aggregator provides many convenient for the audience, creating a huge market efficiency. But at the same time, the issue of news aggregator infringement has become increasingly prominent, and caused a lot of stakeholders strong dissatisfaction. In this paper, combined with specific cases, this paper focuses on the legal liability and governance path of news aggregator infringement, in order to provide a reliable basis for the improvement of its market development.
