【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界各個(gè)國(guó)家之間文化軟實(shí)力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易作為文化軟實(shí)力的重要組成部分得到了前所未有的重視。版權(quán)貿(mào)易目前已經(jīng)是圖書出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中最重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一，，其交易所帶來的高額利潤(rùn)使得版權(quán)貿(mào)易在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所占的比重不斷上升。然而，與世界上其他發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比，我國(guó)的圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易發(fā)展歷程短、規(guī)模小、經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺，目前仍處在相對(duì)落后的水平。尤其是在我國(guó)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易逆差長(zhǎng)期存在的情況下，如何推動(dòng)其發(fā)展成了一個(gè)值得研究的問題。 本文首先介紹了圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的概念、主客體和形式，而后分析了近十年我國(guó)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的總體數(shù)量及版權(quán)引進(jìn)與輸出的比例情況，我國(guó)進(jìn)行圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的主要國(guó)家及與各個(gè)國(guó)家貿(mào)易量的變化情況，我國(guó)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易主要的題材類型及變化情況，并介紹了幾個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)典型的出版單位的圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易案例。在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上本文進(jìn)一步指出，促進(jìn)我國(guó)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易良性發(fā)展首先在于要正確認(rèn)識(shí)版權(quán)貿(mào)易逆差的現(xiàn)狀：在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)科技高速發(fā)展時(shí)期，我國(guó)需要從其他國(guó)家引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的科技文化知識(shí)，這是一種順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)和時(shí)代的行為。圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易不能簡(jiǎn)單的等同于一般實(shí)物貿(mào)易，貿(mào)易逆差存在的有其必要性與合理性。最后文章分析了我國(guó)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易引進(jìn)中存在的缺乏規(guī)劃、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)無序的情況，我國(guó)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易人才缺乏、渠道單一等問題。 通過對(duì)上述情況的總結(jié)與分析，本文提出一系列促使我國(guó)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易走上質(zhì)量更高規(guī)模更大特色更加鮮明的道路的建議與舉措：首先必須用理性科學(xué)的眼光看待目前我國(guó)當(dāng)前圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易逆差的情況，還要抓住當(dāng)前的發(fā)展機(jī)遇促進(jìn)圖書版權(quán)輸出，要營(yíng)造競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有序的圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易氛圍，加快版權(quán)經(jīng)紀(jì)人職業(yè)化進(jìn)程，加快版權(quán)貿(mào)易人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The competition of cultural soft power among countries in the world is becoming increasingly fierce nowadays. As an important part of cultural soft power, book copyright trade has received unprecedented attention. However, compared with other developed countries in the world, China's book copyright trade is still at a relatively backward level because of its short history, small scale and lack of experience. Question.
This paper first introduces the concept, subject and object and form of book copyright trade, and then analyzes the total quantity of book copyright trade and the proportion of import and export of book copyright in China in the past ten years, the changes in the volume of trade between major countries and other countries, and the main subject matter of book copyright trade in China. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper further points out that the first thing to promote the sound development of China's book copyright trade is to correctly understand the current situation of the copyright trade deficit: in the current period of rapid economic and technological development, China needs to proceed from the following aspects: The introduction of advanced scientific, technological and cultural knowledge by other countries is an act that conforms to the market and the times. The book copyright trade can not be simply equated with the general physical trade. The existence of trade deficit has its necessity and rationality. There is a lack of talents in China's book copyright trade and a single channel.
Through the summary and analysis of the above-mentioned situation, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions and measures to promote China's book copyright trade to a higher quality, larger scale and more distinctive features: first of all, we must take a rational and scientific view of the current situation of China's book copyright trade deficit, but also seize the current development opportunities to promote In order to export the copyright of books, we should create a competitive and orderly environment for copyright trade, speed up the professionalization process of copyright brokers, and speed up the training of copyright trade talents.
