【摘要】：伴隨著出版融合進(jìn)程的加快,傳統(tǒng)出版大項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)營(yíng)在融合傳播環(huán)境下發(fā)生了很大變化。出版選題策劃呈現(xiàn)出集成性和創(chuàng)新性交織的特征,出版團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的跨界和融合特質(zhì)日益凸顯,出版商業(yè)模式重構(gòu)亟待破題。與此同時(shí),出版大項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的技術(shù)支撐問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為制約出版大項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新的重要方面。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of publishing convergence, the operation of traditional publishing projects has changed greatly under the environment of convergence and dissemination. The planning of publishing topics shows the characteristics of integration and innovation, and the cross-border and fusion characteristics of the construction of publishing team are increasingly prominent, and the reconstruction of publishing business model needs to be solved urgently. At the same time, the technical support of publishing projects has become an important aspect that restricts the innovation of publishing projects.
