【摘要】：進入后改制時代,出版企業(yè)作為真正的市場主體參與競爭,需要不斷做出各種決策應對市場。在這一新階段,總編室應在繼續(xù)履行好管理、服務和協調職能的基礎上,利用自身優(yōu)勢,更新和強化參謀職能,通過履行參謀職能,實現發(fā)現問題、科學預測、方案設計、追蹤評價等功能,為出版企業(yè)決策者提供智力支持。
[Abstract]:In the post-restructuring era, publishing enterprises, as the real market participants, need to make various decisions to deal with the market.
