【摘要】:進入后改制時代,出版企業(yè)作為真正的市場主體參與競爭,需要不斷做出各種決策應(yīng)對市場。在這一新階段,總編室應(yīng)在繼續(xù)履行好管理、服務(wù)和協(xié)調(diào)職能的基礎(chǔ)上,利用自身優(yōu)勢,更新和強化參謀職能,通過履行參謀職能,實現(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、科學(xué)預(yù)測、方案設(shè)計、追蹤評價等功能,為出版企業(yè)決策者提供智力支持。
[Abstract]:In the post-restructuring era, publishing enterprises, as the real market participants, need to make various decisions to deal with the market. At this new stage, on the basis of continuing to perform the functions of good management, service and coordination, the General editorial Office should utilize its own advantages to renew and strengthen its advisory functions, and by performing its advisory functions, it should realize the discovery of problems, scientific prediction, and project design.
