【摘要】：本論文是以梁啟超所創(chuàng)辦的《庸言》為研究對象,介紹其雜志創(chuàng)辦的歷史背景和創(chuàng)辦過程,對《庸言》做全面的欄目梳理及版面分析�？紤]到梁啟超在《庸言》發(fā)行期間曾兩次入閣,分別擔(dān)任司法總長和幣制局總裁,其重要的政治身份與民國初期的財(cái)政問題密不可分,所以結(jié)合民初時(shí)期復(fù)雜的社會政治背景,側(cè)重對《庸言》中涉及到當(dāng)時(shí)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的政策主張的文章進(jìn)行文本分析,以探討和研究這些經(jīng)濟(jì)政策主張對當(dāng)時(shí)社會所起到的歷史作用,并從新聞傳播學(xué)的角度結(jié)合新聞史學(xué)方面的知識,來探討這些經(jīng)濟(jì)政策主張的提出對于梁啟超及其所代表的政黨進(jìn)行黨派宣傳所起到的作用及影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析和探討《庸言》的宣傳特色。 《庸言》針對當(dāng)時(shí)的社會現(xiàn)狀提出了一系列經(jīng)濟(jì)政策主張,主要涉及了整頓租稅、保護(hù)關(guān)稅、整頓金融幣值、興辦實(shí)業(yè)、利用外資、建立股份有限公司制等方面,其經(jīng)濟(jì)政策主張的提出在當(dāng)時(shí)社會來看是具有較高的理論水平和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,但是由于袁世凱的獨(dú)裁專制,使得梁啟超無空間施展,所以在可行性上來說較低,但是確實(shí)起到了打擊革命派、維護(hù)其自身政治理念的意義,具有鮮明的黨派性和政治傾向性,這也充分體現(xiàn)了梁啟超一貫的從政理念,即利用報(bào)刊作為服務(wù)于自身政治理念的輿論宣傳工具。 《庸言》利用經(jīng)濟(jì)政策主張宣傳來服務(wù)于政治理念的思想可以突出表現(xiàn)在對于大借款風(fēng)波的前后態(tài)度變化上,其傾向、擁護(hù)袁世凱的立場是事實(shí),但也并非亦步亦趨地淪為袁世凱獨(dú)裁統(tǒng)治的工具,而是代表了“知識精英”的立場,這也正是后來梁啟超與袁世凱分道揚(yáng)鑣的根本原因。 論文還探討了《庸言》的立論維度及其宣傳特色,即立足于實(shí)際問題并進(jìn)行學(xué)理性分析,以此來開啟民智,使自身的政治思想得以傳播,這也是梁啟超的辦報(bào)理念。
[Abstract]:This thesis is based on the study of "Yong Yan" founded by Liang Qichao, introduces the historical background and founding process of his magazine, and makes a comprehensive column combing and layout analysis of "Yong Yan". Considering that Liang Qichao entered the cabinet twice during the issue of "yunyan" and served as the chief justice officer and the president of the currency bureau respectively, his important political status is inextricably linked to the financial problems of the early Republic of China, so he combines the complex socio-political background of the early Republic of China, It focuses on the text analysis of the articles concerning the social and economic aspects of the policy claims of the time, in order to explore and study the historical role of these economic policy claims to the society at that time. And from the angle of news communication, combining with the knowledge of news history, this paper discusses the role and influence of the proposition of these economic policies on the party propaganda of Liang Qichao and the political parties he represents. On the basis of this, it analyzes and discusses the propaganda characteristics of "Yong Yan". It puts forward a series of economic policy proposals in view of the current social situation at that time, mainly involving the rectification of rent taxes, the protection of tariffs, and the rectification of the value of financial currencies. In the aspects of setting up industry, utilizing foreign capital and establishing limited company system, the proposition of economic policy had a high theoretical level and practical significance in the society at that time, but due to the dictatorship of Yuan Shikai, Liang Qichao has no room to play, so it is relatively low in feasibility, but it does play a role in cracking down on the revolutionaries and maintaining its own political philosophy. It has a distinct partisan and political orientation. This also fully reflects Liang Qichao's consistent political philosophy, That is, the use of newspapers and periodicals as a means of publicizing public opinion to serve their own political ideas. The idea of using economic policies to advocate propaganda for political ideas can be highlighted in the change of attitude towards the big borrowing storm before and after the storm. Its tendency to support Yuan Shikai's stand is true, but it is not the tool of the Yuan Shikai dictatorship, but it represents the position of the "intellectual elite", which is the fundamental reason for the split between Liang Qichao and Liang Qichao. The paper also discusses the argument dimension and its propagandizing characteristics of "yunyan", that is, based on practical problems and rational analysis of learning, in order to open up the wisdom of the people and spread their own political thoughts, this is Liang Qichao's idea of running a newspaper.
