【摘要】：文章以中國(guó)宇航出版有限責(zé)任公司為案例總結(jié)了"十二五"規(guī)劃的經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)在原因,探討了規(guī)劃制定的方法和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的路徑,指出了"十三五"規(guī)劃制定應(yīng)關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:Taking China Aerospace Publishing Co., Ltd as a case, this paper summarizes the experience of the 12th Five-Year Plan, analyzes the internal reasons of enterprise growth, and probes into the methods of planning and the path of enterprise growth. The problems that should be paid attention to in the formulation of the 13th Five-Year Plan are pointed out.
