【摘要】：隨著計算機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、存儲等現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及先進的信息技術(shù)在出版行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用,使得出版社的寫作、編輯、出版、發(fā)行的效率大大提升,設(shè)計、排版等環(huán)節(jié)更加精確。怎樣通過信息系統(tǒng)的項目管理使得出版社的各項運作更具市場競爭力和符合市場經(jīng)濟的運行。本文通過研究出版社的需求分析和范圍管理,結(jié)合筆者信息管理的工作經(jīng)驗,對信息系統(tǒng)項目管理在出版社的應(yīng)用做淺要探討。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern information technology, such as computer, network and storage, as well as the extensive application of advanced information technology in the publishing industry, the efficiency of publishing houses' writing, editing, publishing and distribution has been greatly improved. Typesetting and other links are more accurate. How to make the publishing house more competitive and in line with the market economy through the project management of information system. This paper discusses the application of information system project management in publishing house by studying the demand analysis and scope management of publishing house and combining with the author's work experience of information management.
