【摘要】：目的 本研究通過了解重慶市醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊的刊名、學(xué)科分布、主辦單位，以及學(xué)術(shù)影響力，研究其在管理體制和運(yùn)營機(jī)制、學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量上存在的問題，探索并建立一套適合重慶市醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊的經(jīng)營模式及具體措施。 方法 1、調(diào)查對象：通過知網(wǎng)期刊地域檢索重慶市科技期刊，并且被2011年版《中國期刊引證報(bào)告（擴(kuò)刊版）》所統(tǒng)計(jì)收錄的醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊中的23種重慶市公開發(fā)行醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊。 2、調(diào)查指標(biāo)：期刊基本情況通過登錄各期刊網(wǎng)站收集，主辦單位結(jié)合中國新聞出版總署——新聞出版機(jī)構(gòu)查詢。學(xué)術(shù)影響力來自2011年版《中國期刊引證報(bào)告（擴(kuò)刊版）》統(tǒng)計(jì)庫，包括總被引頻次、影響因子、他引率、基金論文比、地區(qū)分布數(shù)、海外論文比。 3、研究方法：采用文獻(xiàn)研究、對比分析，數(shù)據(jù)用Excel2010版收集處理，相關(guān)性分析采用SPSS17.0版統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件。 結(jié)果 1、重慶市醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊基本情況：（1）主辦單位主要是為學(xué)會(huì)和協(xié)會(huì)（14個(gè)），其余小部分為高校（6個(gè)），研究所（2個(gè)）、醫(yī)院（2個(gè)）、省級(jí)行政部門（1個(gè)）、信息中心（3個(gè)）、編輯出版部門（1個(gè)）。（2）大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)（醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生）、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生總論、預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)與衛(wèi)生學(xué)、中國醫(yī)學(xué)、內(nèi)科學(xué)、婦產(chǎn)科與兒科學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、特種醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)，重慶市與全國學(xué)科分類所占比重基本一致；醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)報(bào)、醫(yī)療保健、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、神經(jīng)病與精神病學(xué)、皮膚病與性病學(xué)、眼耳鼻咽喉科學(xué)、口腔科學(xué)、重慶市該八類學(xué)科期刊所占比例明顯低于全國平均水平；重慶外科學(xué)期刊所占比例最多，高于全國水平。 2、重慶市醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量：（1）期刊總被引頻次一定程度上與其創(chuàng)刊時(shí)間有關(guān)，主要分布在1000～5000（56.5%）。他引率為0.70～0.98，影響因子主要集中在0.5～1（52.2%），基金論文比主要集中在0.1～0.5（60.9%），23種期刊中只有9種期刊有來自海外的論文刊登。在地區(qū)分布中，只有5種基本覆蓋全國各個(gè)省，大部分期刊覆蓋20～29個(gè)地區(qū)（69.6%）。（2）與全國醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊相比，平均總被引頻次、平均影響因子、平均地區(qū)分布數(shù)、平均基金論文比和平均海外論文比普遍低于全國平均水平。 結(jié)論 總體上，重慶市醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊存在管理體制、運(yùn)營機(jī)制的問題，學(xué)科分布趨同化，學(xué)術(shù)水平和學(xué)術(shù)影響力不足，國內(nèi)關(guān)注度和國際影響力不高等問題。因此，期刊應(yīng)根據(jù)其辦刊目的，準(zhǔn)確定位，確定在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的位置，以及在這樣的定位下實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)價(jià)值與經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的方式和方法，包括確定管理體制，準(zhǔn)確期刊定位，構(gòu)建出色的編輯部，提高編校質(zhì)量，，提高期刊學(xué)術(shù)水平和學(xué)術(shù)影響力，提高期刊關(guān)注度和國際影響力，建立適合重慶地區(qū)醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類期刊的學(xué)術(shù)品牌經(jīng)營模式。
[Abstract]:objective
Through understanding the title, subject distribution, sponsors and academic influence of medical and health periodicals in Chongqing, this study studied the existing problems in management system, operation mechanism and academic quality, and explored and established a set of management model and specific measures for medical and health periodicals in Chongqing.
Method
1. Subjects: 23 kinds of medical and health periodicals published in Chongqing were collected by the 2011 edition of Citation Report of Chinese Periodicals (Extended Edition).
2. Survey Indicators: The basic information of periodicals is collected through the websites of various periodicals, and the sponsors are consulted by the General Administration of Press and Publication of China - Press and Publishing Institutions. Overseas papers.
3. Research methods: Using literature research, comparative analysis, data collected by Excel 2010 edition, correlation analysis using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.
Result
1. Basic situation of medical and health periodicals in Chongqing: (1) The sponsors are mainly societies and associations (14), the rest are universities (6), research institutes (2), hospitals (2), provincial administrative departments (1), information centers (3), editing and publishing departments (1). (2) University Journal (medical and health), general introduction to medical and health, preventive medicine and hygiene. Chinese Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Oncology, Special Medicine, Pharmacy, Chongqing and the National Classification of Disciplines accounted for the same proportion; Journal of Medical Colleges, Medical Care, Basic Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry, Dermatology and Venereology, Otolaryngology, Stomatology, Chongqing, the eight disciplines The proportion of journals is obviously lower than the national average, and the proportion of Chongqing surgical journals is the largest, higher than the national level.
2. Academic quality of medical and health periodicals in Chongqing: (1) The total citation frequency of periodicals is related to the time of their publication, mainly in the range of 1000-5000 (56.5%). In the regional distribution, only five basic papers cover all provinces in China, and most of the journals cover 20-29 regions (69.6%). (2) Compared with the national medical and health periodicals, the average total citation frequency, the average impact factor, the average regional distribution, the average fund paper ratio and the average overseas paper ratio are generally lower than the national average water. Flat.
conclusion
Generally speaking, there are some problems in Chongqing medical and health periodicals, such as management system, operation mechanism, convergence of discipline distribution, inadequate academic level and influence, low domestic and international attention and influence. The ways and means of realizing social and economic values include defining the management system, accurately positioning periodicals, building an excellent editorial department, improving the quality of editing and proofreading, improving the academic level and influence of periodicals, raising the attention and international influence of periodicals, and establishing an academic brand management model suitable for medical and health periodicals in Chongqing.
