湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易發(fā)展研究

【摘要】: 隨著中國(guó)加入WTO,中國(guó)出版業(yè)逐漸與國(guó)際出版業(yè)接軌,漸進(jìn)融入國(guó)際化的大市場(chǎng),圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的作用對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)出版業(yè)來說變得尤為重要。歷經(jīng)十多年的發(fā)展,湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,圖書版權(quán)引進(jìn)與輸出均有大幅度提升,圖書版權(quán)合作交流的國(guó)家日益增多,逐步成為國(guó)內(nèi)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的重要組成部分。但是國(guó)內(nèi)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易整體發(fā)展形勢(shì)并不令人樂觀,特別是對(duì)于湖南這一出版大省,圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀也讓人堪憂,無論從版權(quán)行政管理部門的管理體制上,還是從出版經(jīng)營(yíng)單位等各環(huán)節(jié)都存在著諸多問題,嚴(yán)重制約了湖南出版業(yè)快速持續(xù)的增長(zhǎng)。因此,本文試圖對(duì)湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展進(jìn)行比較全面系統(tǒng)的分析研究,探尋其發(fā)展過程中存在的問題并提出可行的發(fā)展策略,希望為湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展帶來些許啟發(fā)。 本文以湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易作為主要研究對(duì)象,將湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展環(huán)境置于國(guó)內(nèi)圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下進(jìn)行分析。本文的研究路線是,首先對(duì)湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的總體狀況、湖南出版業(yè)的總體情況、湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了全面分析,然后對(duì)近年來的湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和闡釋。接著運(yùn)用SWOT分析框架對(duì)湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,主要是從湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境因素和內(nèi)部條件入手,詳細(xì)分析了市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)、市場(chǎng)威脅、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、發(fā)展劣勢(shì)。最后在對(duì)湖南圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展環(huán)境全面分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出有效的發(fā)展策略。從政府職能層面、相關(guān)行業(yè)服務(wù)層面、出版社操作層面三個(gè)方面具體探討了湖南省圖書版權(quán)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的具體策略,力圖找到有效可行的方案。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO, China's publishing industry is gradually in line with the international publishing industry, gradually into the international market, the role of book copyright trade has become particularly important for domestic publishing industry. After more than a decade of development, Hunan book copyright trade has made great progress, book copyright import and export have been greatly improved, book copyright cooperation and exchange countries are increasing. Gradually become an important part of the domestic book copyright trade market. However, the overall development situation of domestic book copyright trade is not optimistic, especially for Hunan, a publishing province, the current situation of book copyright trade is worrying, no matter from the management system of copyright administration department. There are still a lot of problems in every link, such as publishing management units, which seriously restrict the rapid and sustained growth of Hunan publishing industry. Therefore, this paper attempts to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis and study on the development of Hunan book copyright trade, to explore the problems existing in its development process and to put forward feasible development strategies. I hope to bring some inspiration to the development of Hunan book copyright trade. This paper takes Hunan book copyright trade as the main research object and analyzes the present situation and development environment of Hunan book copyright trade under the realistic background of domestic book copyright trade status and development. The research route of this paper is: firstly, the overall situation of Hunan book copyright trade, the overall situation of Hunan publishing industry, the development course of Hunan book copyright trade are analyzed comprehensively. Then, the quantity and structure of Hunan book copyright trade in recent years are analyzed and explained in detail. Then it analyzes the market environment of Hunan book copyright trade by using the SWOT analysis framework, mainly from the external environmental factors and internal conditions of the development of Hunan book copyright trade, and analyzes the market opportunities and market threats in detail. Competitive advantage, development inferiority. Finally, based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation and development environment of Hunan book copyright trade, effective development strategies are put forward. This paper probes into the specific strategies of the development of the book copyright trade in Hunan Province from three aspects: the government function level, the related industry service level and the publishing house operation level, and tries to find out the effective and feasible plan.
