【摘要】：編輯崗位培訓有助于提升編輯力與出版單位核心競爭力。文章分析目前編輯崗位培訓的現(xiàn)狀,認為在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時代,采用單一的傳統(tǒng)編輯崗位培訓方式已不能滿足編輯個性化、多樣化、差異化的培訓需求,需要轉(zhuǎn)變思路、創(chuàng)新模式、優(yōu)化配置資源,促進編輯崗位培訓健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Editorial post training helps to enhance editorial power and the core competitiveness of publishing units. This paper analyzes the present situation of editing post training, and thinks that in the "Internet" era, the single traditional training method can no longer meet the needs of editors' individuation, diversification and differentiation, and need to change their thinking. Innovation mode, optimize allocation of resources, promote the healthy development of editorial post training.
