【摘要】：移動(dòng)游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)隨著智能終端和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及迅速興盛起來。但在法律法規(guī)滯后的情況下,手機(jī)游戲出版行業(yè)暴露出諸多問題。其監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀是執(zhí)法依據(jù)位階偏低,系統(tǒng)性、針對(duì)性不足,存在著交叉執(zhí)法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版物侵權(quán)難以認(rèn)定等問題�；谑謾C(jī)游戲的出版物屬性和行政保護(hù)相較于司法保護(hù)的便利性,手游出版的政府監(jiān)管是合理且必要的。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of intelligent terminals and mobile Internet, the mobile game industry flourishes rapidly. However, in the case of lagging laws and regulations, the mobile game publishing industry exposed many problems. The current situation of its supervision is that the law enforcement basis is on the low side, systematic, targeted, there are cross-enforcement, network publication infringement difficult to identify and so on. Compared with the convenience of judicial protection, the government supervision of mobile game publishing is reasonable and necessary based on the property of mobile game publication and the convenience of administrative protection.
