【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)化的深入使普通高校學(xué)報(bào)編輯面臨的溝通對(duì)象之一——作者的意識(shí)、觀念也在悄然發(fā)生變化,在社會(huì)變革、人們思維多變的今天,需對(duì)普通高校學(xué)報(bào)編輯與作者的溝通能力進(jìn)行持續(xù)培養(yǎng)。高校學(xué)報(bào)編輯與作者的溝通在編輯工作中的具體表現(xiàn)有:與初審稿作者的溝通,與退稿作者的溝通,與碩士研究生的溝通等。與此相應(yīng),編輯溝通能力的建設(shè)對(duì)策需實(shí)現(xiàn)多樣化,需與作者換位思考,樂(lè)于付出,與作者共同分享,以增強(qiáng)其對(duì)修改稿件的認(rèn)識(shí);同時(shí),還應(yīng)解決好編作矛盾,與作者融洽溝通,構(gòu)建編輯與作者的長(zhǎng)效溝通機(jī)制。如此以來(lái),才能實(shí)現(xiàn)普通高校學(xué)報(bào)編輯與作者間的良好溝通。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic marketization, one of the communication objects facing journal editors in colleges and universities, the consciousness of the author, is also changing quietly. Today, when the society is changing and people's thinking is changing, The communication ability of editors and authors of journals of colleges and universities should be continuously cultivated. The communication between editors and authors of college journals includes the communication with the authors of the initial review, the communication with the authors of rejection, the communication with the graduate students and so on. Accordingly, the measures to build the editor's communication ability should be diversified, and the author should be willing to give and share with the author, so as to enhance his understanding of the revised manuscript, at the same time, the contradiction of editing should be solved well. Communicate harmoniously with the author and construct the long-term communication mechanism between the editor and the author. In this way, good communication between editors and authors of journals of colleges and universities can be realized.
