《造洋飯書》的版本身世與文化效應(yīng)

【摘要】:以《造洋飯書》的出版為依據(jù),從清末西餐傳入中國(guó)的背景、該書編者高第丕夫人的出版動(dòng)機(jī)與內(nèi)容編排意識(shí)、讀者的定位及其流通與影響等視角,探討《造洋飯書》的文化意義與出版意義,對(duì)清末教會(huì)出版事業(yè)在傳教過程中開展的中西匯通與交流進(jìn)行梳理和歸納,描繪因一本西餐食譜的出版所產(chǎn)生的文化效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the publication of the Book of making Foreign Rice, and from the background of the introduction of western food into China in the late Qing Dynasty, the editor of the book, Mrs. Gao Di Pi, from the perspectives of publishing motive and content arrangement consciousness, the orientation of the reader and its circulation and influence, etc. This paper probes into the cultural significance and publishing significance of the book "making a Foreign meal", combs and summarizes the exchange and exchange between China and the West during the missionary process of the church publishing cause in the late Qing Dynasty, and depicts the cultural effects of the publication of a western meal cookbook.
