【摘要】：國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展"十三五"規(guī)劃綱要明確提出,"普及科學(xué)知識,推動全民閱讀,公民具備科學(xué)素質(zhì)的比例要超過10%"。實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),促進(jìn)全民科技素質(zhì)普遍提升,需要大力推動科技出版,促進(jìn)科技閱讀。文章基于提升公民科技素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,分析了我國科技出版與公民科技閱讀現(xiàn)狀,提出了加強(qiáng)科技出版、推動科技閱讀的相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:The outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development clearly states that "in order to popularize scientific knowledge and promote universal reading, the proportion of citizens with scientific qualities should exceed 10 percent." To achieve this goal and promote the general improvement of science and technology quality of the whole people, it is necessary to vigorously promote science and technology publishing and science and technology reading. Based on the practical problems of improving citizens' science and technology quality, this paper analyzes the present situation of science and technology publishing and citizen science and technology reading in China, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening science and technology publishing and promoting science and technology reading.
