【摘要】：這是一篇專談校對(duì)工作的文章。作者曾任國(guó)家新聞出版總署副署長(zhǎng),中國(guó)出版集團(tuán)總裁、黨委書記,現(xiàn)任《中國(guó)大百科全書》執(zhí)行總主編。本文特別提到1993年新聞出版署圖書司做的一件震動(dòng)全國(guó)出版業(yè)、影響深遠(yuǎn)的大事:全國(guó)圖書質(zhì)量大檢查。其時(shí),讀者強(qiáng)烈反映出版物質(zhì)量差,突出的是文字差錯(cuò)率太高。于是,圖書司從1991年、1992年兩年的出書目錄中隨機(jī)抽出幾十種圖書,請(qǐng)專業(yè)人員檢查差錯(cuò)率。檢查結(jié)果,很讓人震驚,合格率僅為20%。隨后,圖書司形成一種工作機(jī)制,連續(xù)幾年、多次從各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行圖書質(zhì)量檢查:大型古籍今譯圖書質(zhì)量檢查、少兒圖書質(zhì)量檢查、文學(xué)圖書質(zhì)量檢查、優(yōu)秀出版社圖書質(zhì)量檢查……終于扭轉(zhuǎn)了圖書質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重下滑的局面。1999年全國(guó)優(yōu)秀出版社圖書質(zhì)量的合格率達(dá)到80%以上。誠(chéng)如作者所言,出版單位一定要本著對(duì)讀者負(fù)責(zé)、對(duì)社會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)、對(duì)子孫后代負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度,切實(shí)提高出版物質(zhì)量,提供合格的精神產(chǎn)品。我刊認(rèn)為,圖書的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,編校質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,任重道遠(yuǎn),本文值得業(yè)界同仁一讀。
[Abstract]:This is an article devoted to proofreading. The author has served as Deputy Administrator of the State Press and publication Administration, President of China Publishing Group, Secretary of the Party Committee, and currently chief executive editor of the Encyclopedia of China. This paper especially refers to a great event that the department of books of the Press and publication Administration did in 1993, which shocked the publishing industry in the whole country and had a far-reaching impact: the great inspection of the quality of books throughout the country. At that time, readers strongly reflected the poor quality of publications, highlighted by the high rate of text error. As a result, the Department of Books from the 1991, 1992 two-year book out of the randomly selected dozens of books, asked professionals to check the error rate. Inspection results, very shocking, the qualified rate is only 20. Subsequently, the Department of Books formed a kind of working mechanism. For several years in a row, it carried out many inspections on the quality of books from various aspects: the quality checks of large ancient books and modern translations, the quality checks of children's books, and the quality checks of literary books. Excellent publishing house book quality inspection. Finally, it reversed the serious decline in the quality of books. In 1999, the qualified rate of book quality of excellent publishing houses reached more than 80%. As the author has said, publishing units must be responsible to readers, society and future generations to improve the quality of publications and provide qualified spiritual products. I believe that the quality of books, editing quality issues, long way to go, this paper is worth reading industry colleagues.
