【摘要】：信息技術的快速發(fā)展給傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)帶來了嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),同時也為傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)提供了前所未有的機遇。為了適應新形勢下的發(fā)展需求,以圖書為代表的地震傳統(tǒng)媒體,在由事業(yè)單位向企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)制變革后,必須調(diào)整思路,采取適宜的措施,在新媒體的推動下自覺接受市場規(guī)則,通過靈活調(diào)整方向適應行業(yè)發(fā)展,不斷改進自身,走向完善,探索與新媒體優(yōu)勢互補、融合發(fā)展的道路。作為從業(yè)多年的出版界一線管理者,筆者結合自己的實踐探索、管理經(jīng)驗和深入思考,從"變革號角已經(jīng)吹響,我們必須盡早覺醒""直面變革迎接挑戰(zhàn),探索融合發(fā)展的途徑""植根防震減災事業(yè),開創(chuàng)傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)的未來"等方面,對急劇變革時代傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與可能出路進行了探討。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology brings severe challenges to the traditional publishing industry, but also provides unprecedented opportunities for the traditional publishing industry. In order to meet the development needs under the new situation, the traditional earthquake media, represented by books, must adjust their thinking and take appropriate measures to accept the market rules consciously under the impetus of the new media after the transformation from institutions to enterprises. Through flexible adjustment to adapt to the development of the industry, constantly improve itself, towards perfection, explore and new media complementary advantages, integration and development of the road. As the front-line manager of the publishing industry for many years, the author combines his own practice, management experience and deep thinking, from the "change horn has sounded, we must wake up as soon as possible" to face the change to meet the challenge. In this paper, the author probes into the way of integration and development, such as "taking root in the cause of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and creating the future of traditional publishing industry", and probes into the challenges and possible ways out for the rapid change of the traditional publishing industry in the times of rapid change.
