【摘要】：正在出版業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景下,現(xiàn)代出版人如何重新認(rèn)識(shí)出版精神,實(shí)現(xiàn)完美轉(zhuǎn)型呢?筆者認(rèn)為必須從文化精神、社會(huì)責(zé)任、職業(yè)理念三個(gè)層面重新認(rèn)識(shí)出版精神。改革開(kāi)放30多年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng),出版企業(yè)的數(shù)量和規(guī)模也在不斷壯大,同時(shí)我國(guó)出版業(yè)賴以生存和發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、體制環(huán)境、社會(huì)條件、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境都發(fā)生了深刻變化,其主要源于四個(gè)方面:一是中國(guó)
