【摘要】：編輯出版家徐柏容的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富,理論成果豐碩。他畢生從事書(shū)、報(bào)、刊的編輯工作,創(chuàng)意出版《小說(shuō)月報(bào)》《散文》等期刊,擔(dān)任《百花散文書(shū)系》的主編之一。他致力于編輯學(xué)、書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)研究活動(dòng),出版專(zhuān)著《雜志編輯學(xué)》《期刊編輯學(xué)概論》《編輯創(chuàng)意論》《編輯選擇論》《編輯結(jié)構(gòu)論》《編輯優(yōu)化論》《從歷史走向未來(lái)編輯出版的改革》《論編輯規(guī)律與編輯出版》《期刊:長(zhǎng)流的江河》《書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)》《現(xiàn)代書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)》等;與人合著《書(shū)籍編輯學(xué)》《書(shū)籍編輯學(xué)概論》《中國(guó)百年書(shū)評(píng)精選評(píng)析》等。他豐富的編輯經(jīng)驗(yàn)和扎實(shí)的理論成果對(duì)業(yè)界和學(xué)界都具有很強(qiáng)的借鑒意義。徐柏容是“百花”風(fēng)格的奠基者。在百花文藝出版社的初創(chuàng)期,他強(qiáng)調(diào)散文特色,確立散文為出版重點(diǎn),策劃“小開(kāi)本散文叢書(shū)”。百花文藝出版社復(fù)建后,他鞏固散文出版,參與編輯《百花散文書(shū)系》,使之成為“百花”風(fēng)格的重要代表。他創(chuàng)意出版文選性期刊——《小說(shuō)月報(bào)》,創(chuàng)辦新中國(guó)第一份專(zhuān)載散文的純文學(xué)期刊——《散文》。徐柏容是書(shū)刊編輯學(xué)研究的拓荒者。他的《雜志編輯學(xué)》開(kāi)創(chuàng)了內(nèi)地期刊編輯學(xué)研究的新紀(jì)元,他的《期刊編輯學(xué)概論》專(zhuān)業(yè)教材標(biāo)志著我國(guó)期刊編輯學(xué)研究從無(wú)學(xué)到有學(xué)的新階段。他與楊忠賢合著的《書(shū)籍編輯學(xué)》是學(xué)用結(jié)合的專(zhuān)業(yè)教材,他參與撰寫(xiě)的《書(shū)籍編輯學(xué)概論》是我國(guó)書(shū)籍編輯學(xué)研究的成熟之作。他的書(shū)刊編輯學(xué)理論不斷深化,形成創(chuàng)意、選擇、結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化四位一體的書(shū)刊編輯學(xué)理論體系。創(chuàng)意是編輯工作的基石;選擇是對(duì)編輯工作的積極指導(dǎo)與消極控制;結(jié)構(gòu)是編輯工作科學(xué)化的必由之路;優(yōu)化是編輯工作的依歸。四者相互滲透、相互補(bǔ)充。徐柏容是書(shū)評(píng)事業(yè)的推動(dòng)者。他開(kāi)展豐富的書(shū)評(píng)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),不僅對(duì)文學(xué)作品進(jìn)行評(píng)論,還對(duì)編輯出版類(lèi)作品進(jìn)行分析。他致力于書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)研究活動(dòng),從《書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)六論》到《書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)》再到《現(xiàn)代書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)》,形成系統(tǒng)完善的書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)理論。他不僅應(yīng)時(shí)代所需,先行投身書(shū)評(píng)研究,并且倡導(dǎo)書(shū)評(píng)學(xué),構(gòu)建書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)理論體系,此外,自成一家,厘清書(shū)評(píng)學(xué)基本問(wèn)題,并推動(dòng)書(shū)評(píng)實(shí)踐工作的開(kāi)展。編輯出版家徐柏容的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富,理論成果豐碩,集編、研、評(píng)于一體,善為天下先且具有散文化的語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格。這啟示出版從業(yè)者和理論研究者,要立足實(shí)際、學(xué)用結(jié)合;強(qiáng)調(diào)修養(yǎng)、既專(zhuān)且雜;持之以恒、不斷求索。
[Abstract]:Xu Bairong, the editor and publisher, has rich practical experience and fruitful theoretical results. He devoted his life to the editing of books, newspapers, periodicals, creative publication of the monthly Fiction, Prose, and other periodicals, and served as one of the editor-in-chief of the Department of Flower papers. He is dedicated to editorial, book review research, The Theory of Editing creativity; Editing structure Theory; Editing Optimization Theory; the Reform of Editing and Publishing from History to the Future; on the Law of Editing and Editing Publishing; Journal: River of Changliu > Book Review > Modern Book Review and so on; Book Editing Science, an introduction to Book Editing Science, A selected Review of China's 100 years Book Review, and so on. His rich editing experience and solid theoretical results have a strong reference to the industry and academia. Xu Bairong is the founder of the "hundred Flowers" style. In the initial period of Baihua Literature and Art Publishing House, he emphasized the characteristics of prose, established prose as the focus of publication, and planned the series of essays. After the restoration of Baihua Literature and Art Publishing House, he consolidated the publication of prose and took part in editing the Department of Baihua scattered documents, making it an important representative of the style of "hundred Flowers". He creatively published the selected periodical, the monthly Fiction, and founded the first pure literary journal, Prose, which was devoted to prose in New China. Xu Bairong is a pioneer in the study of editing of books and periodicals. His "Journal Editing Science" has opened a new epoch in the study of periodical editorial science in the mainland. His "introduction to Journal Editing Science" marks a new stage from "no learning" to "having learning" in the study of periodical editing in China. His book editing with Yang Zhongxian is a professional textbook combining study and application. The introduction of book editing, which he wrote, is a mature work in the study of book editing in China. His theory of editing of books and periodicals continues to deepen, forming a theoretical system of originality, selection, structure and optimization of the four-in-one theory of editing of books and periodicals. Creativity is the cornerstone of editorial work; selection is the positive guidance and negative control of editorial work; structure is the only way to make editorial work scientific; and optimization is the basis of editing work. The four permeate and complement each other. Xu Bairong is the promoter of the book review business. He carries out rich practice of book review, not only to comment on literary works, but also to analyze editing and publishing works. He devoted himself to the research activities of book review, from "six theories of book review" to "modern book review" to form a systematic and perfect theory of book review. He not only devoted himself to the study of book review according to the needs of the times, but also advocated the study of book review and constructed a theoretical system of book review. In addition, he established his own family, clarified the basic problems of book review, and promoted the practice of book review. Xu Bairong, the editor and publisher, has rich practical experience, theoretical achievements, compilation, research, evaluation in one, good world first and with the language style of prose. This enlightens the publisher and the theory researcher, should base on the reality, studies and uses the union; emphasizes the cultivation, is both specialized and miscellaneous; perseveres, unceasingly seeks.
