【摘要】: 在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中,人力資源己取代物質(zhì)資源成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性資源,是企業(yè)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿蜎Q定性因素。如何更好的發(fā)揮人力資源的作用,對(duì)員工績(jī)效進(jìn)行有效的考核,促使其為企業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)高績(jī)效,是目前企業(yè)面臨的重大問(wèn)題。因此,企業(yè)要學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)運(yùn)用績(jī)效考核這一手段,促使員工最大效用發(fā)揮自身的潛能和積極性,提高工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)績(jī)效目標(biāo),以提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)效率。 湖南省新華書(shū)店有限責(zé)任公司即將上市,隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)的迅速發(fā)展,員工隊(duì)伍不斷壯大,企業(yè)管理、員工管理特別是績(jī)效考核等相關(guān)制度的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)不斷暴露,己不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)及公司發(fā)展的需要。本文通過(guò)對(duì)湖南省新華書(shū)店有限責(zé)任公司的實(shí)證研究,對(duì)績(jī)效考核現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,通過(guò)深入分析公司績(jī)效考核現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題以及公司戰(zhàn)略對(duì)績(jī)效考核的實(shí)際要求,結(jié)合對(duì)各種績(jī)效考核方法及指標(biāo)權(quán)重確定方法的分析和研究,制定了進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核體系開(kāi)發(fā)的指導(dǎo)思想與基本框架,設(shè)計(jì)了以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的關(guān)鍵業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)體系,建立了適用于公司由總體戰(zhàn)略到部門,最終落實(shí)到員工個(gè)人績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)與360度考評(píng)相結(jié)合的考評(píng)基本流程和方法,并為績(jī)效結(jié)果的有效應(yīng)用制定了方案。對(duì)于全國(guó)省級(jí)新華書(shū)店具有啟示作用,為員工績(jī)效考核在國(guó)有企業(yè)中的運(yùn)用提供實(shí)例。
[Abstract]:In modern enterprises, human resources have replaced material resources as the strategic resources of modern enterprises, and are the main driving force and decisive factor for the development and economic growth of enterprises. How to better play the role of human resources, to effectively assess the performance of employees, to promote their contribution to high performance for enterprises, is a major problem facing enterprises at present. Therefore, the enterprise should learn to use the means of performance appraisal scientifically, urge the staff to exert their potential and enthusiasm, improve the work efficiency and realize the performance goal, in order to improve the management efficiency of the enterprise. Hunan Xinhua Bookstore Co., Ltd. is about to be listed on the market. With the rapid development of the company's business, the staff team continues to grow, and the weak links in the related systems, such as enterprise management, staff management, especially performance appraisal, are constantly exposed. Has not been able to adapt to market competition and the needs of the development of the company. Based on the empirical study of Hunan Xinhua Bookstore Co., Ltd., this paper investigates the current situation of performance appraisal, analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of the company, the existing problems and the actual requirements of the company strategy for performance appraisal. Based on the analysis and research of various performance appraisal methods and index weight determination methods, the guiding ideology and basic framework for the development of performance appraisal system are established, and the key performance index system is designed, which is goal-oriented. The basic process and method of evaluating the company from the overall strategy to the department and finally to the employee's individual performance are established, and the scheme for the effective application of the performance result is made. It can enlighten the national provincial Xinhua Bookstore and provide an example for the application of employee performance appraisal in state-owned enterprises.
