新華文軒的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:中國加入WTO以后,市場的自由競爭性越來越激烈,中國企業(yè)在更多機會和挑戰(zhàn)的背景里重新洗牌,企業(yè)文化得到初步發(fā)展。隨著近年來互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的崛起打破傳統(tǒng)生活和經(jīng)濟模式,中國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的推進,在“十三五”階段,國務(wù)院倡導(dǎo)推進“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新”一理念,這勢必會引發(fā)新一輪的經(jīng)濟浪潮。企業(yè)在這一經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的浪潮中將有更多的發(fā)展機遇,同時面臨更嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),各企業(yè)必須打造與企業(yè)發(fā)展相匹配的企業(yè)文化,才能保證和促進公司的不斷發(fā)展。新華文軒作為圖書發(fā)行事業(yè)單位改制為國有企業(yè)的先鋒示范單位,經(jīng)過2005年改制后不僅從原來的單一圖書發(fā)行整合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游,形成出版、印刷、發(fā)行一體化經(jīng)營,更是積極拓展更多其他文化傳媒相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù),多元化發(fā)展。新華文軒在過去的發(fā)展中一直沒意識到企業(yè)文化將作為重要要素來支撐企業(yè)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)過調(diào)查分析在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面存在很多問題。本文將介紹企業(yè)文化的相關(guān)理論,然后結(jié)合新華文軒企業(yè)文化的現(xiàn)狀及企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,以企業(yè)文化模型的四個層次整合出一套優(yōu)化企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的方案,并基于現(xiàn)狀提出實施這些措施所需條件。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the market is becoming more and more competitive, Chinese enterprises reshuffle in the background of more opportunities and challenges, and the corporate culture has been preliminarily developed. With the rise of the Internet in recent years to break the traditional life and economic model, China's rapid economic development. With the development of Internet economy, in the stage of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the State Council advocates to promote the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", which will inevitably lead to a new round of economic wave. In this tide of economic transformation, enterprises will have more opportunities for development, and at the same time face more severe challenges. In order to ensure and promote the continuous development of companies, enterprises must create a culture that matches the development of enterprises. As a pioneer and demonstration unit of state-owned enterprises, Xinhua Wenxuan has not only formed an integrated publishing, printing and distribution operation from the original single book distribution and integration industry chain after the reform in 2005. More actively expand other cultural media related business, diversified development. New Chinese Xuan has not realized that corporate culture will be an important factor to support the development of enterprises in the past. After investigation and analysis, there are many problems in the construction of corporate culture. This paper will introduce the relevant theories of corporate culture, and then combine the present situation of new Chinese culture and the strategy of enterprise development, and integrate a set of plans to optimize the construction of corporate culture by the four levels of corporate culture model. Based on the present situation, the necessary conditions for implementing these measures are put forward.
