【摘要】：【目的】探討青年編委在提升學(xué)術(shù)期刊編委會(huì)的活力與執(zhí)行力方面發(fā)揮的作用�！痉椒ā恳浴逗娇諏W(xué)報(bào)》為例,介紹青年編委的遴選條件、遴選途徑與遴選結(jié)果。根據(jù)青年編委的特點(diǎn),讓其擔(dān)任稿件初審工作,為稿件質(zhì)量把關(guān)。介紹青年編委初審的工作模式及其在期刊審稿過程中發(fā)揮的作用。【結(jié)果】青年編委參與初審工作有利于提高期刊聲譽(yù),縮短審稿周期,拓展青年審稿專家數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),提高編輯工作效率�！窘Y(jié)論】辦刊者應(yīng)摒棄傳統(tǒng)遴選編委的思維,組建青年編委會(huì),助力期刊向國(guó)際一流期刊邁進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the role of youth editorial committee in promoting the vitality and execution of academic journal editorial committee. [methods] taking Journal of Aeronautics as an example, this paper introduces the selection conditions, ways and results of the selection of youth editorial committee. According to the characteristics of the Youth editorial Committee, let it as the first review of manuscripts to ensure the quality of manuscripts. This paper introduces the working mode of the first review of the youth editorial committee and its role in the process of the periodical review. [results] the participation of the youth editorial committee in the first review will help to improve the reputation of the journal, shorten the period of the review of the manuscript, and expand the database of the experts for the review of the manuscripts. [conclusion] the editors should abandon the traditional thinking of selecting the editorial committee, set up the youth editorial committee, and help the journals to advance to the international first-class periodicals.
