【摘要】：媒體融合時代,期刊的融合與轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,要求其編輯人員必須更新知識和進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新。期刊業(yè)務(wù)主管部門要改革編輯繼續(xù)教育的內(nèi)容,用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的技術(shù)和思維來改變傳統(tǒng)的出版模式,創(chuàng)新"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"條件下期刊編輯的工作途徑,全面實現(xiàn)期刊的轉(zhuǎn)型。只有針對轉(zhuǎn)型時期編輯知識與技能的短板實施繼續(xù)教育模式的創(chuàng)新,期刊編輯才能在編輯業(yè)務(wù)提升與創(chuàng)新中獲得新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the age of media integration , the integration and transformation of the periodical requires editors to update knowledge and carry out business innovation . The competent department of periodical business needs to reform and edit the content of continuing education , transform the traditional publishing mode with the technology and thinking of the Internet , innovate the working methods of periodical editors under the " Internet + " condition , and comprehensively realize the transformation of the periodical . Only in the light of the innovation of continuing education mode for the short - board implementation of the knowledge and skills during the transformation period , the periodical editors can acquire new development in the editorial business promotion and innovation .
