【摘要】：正黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)和十八屆四中全會(huì)相繼審議通過《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》和《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)若干重大問題的決定》。這兩個(gè)《決定》分別以改革和法治為主題,共同構(gòu)成全面建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的措施保障。對(duì)于新聞出版業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),應(yīng)密切結(jié)合自身實(shí)際,一方面要在改革中堅(jiān)持好運(yùn)用好法治原則;另一方面要積極適應(yīng)改革的需要,不斷完善法律法規(guī)體
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee successively deliberated and adopted the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues of comprehensively deepening Reform" and the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the Rule of Law on certain Major issues." These two decisions, with reform and rule of law as the themes, together constitute the measures to guarantee the overall construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. For the press and publication industry, we should closely integrate our own reality. On the one hand, we should adhere to the principle of rule of law in the reform; on the other hand, we should actively adapt to the needs of the reform and constantly improve the system of laws and regulations.
