【摘要】：編輯是學(xué)風(fēng)的維護(hù)者和把關(guān)人。編輯要認(rèn)真執(zhí)行審稿規(guī)范,發(fā)揮內(nèi)部合作機(jī)制與監(jiān)督機(jī)制,有利于公正學(xué)風(fēng)的建設(shè)。編輯應(yīng)支持研究新問(wèn)題、提出新觀點(diǎn)、探索新思路、拓展新領(lǐng)域、達(dá)到新境界的創(chuàng)新成果,有利于創(chuàng)新學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)。編輯過(guò)程中要注意成果署名規(guī)范,對(duì)譯稿、編譯稿和論文要加以區(qū)別。在稿件加工過(guò)程中要注意語(yǔ)言規(guī)范和科技規(guī)范,使用規(guī)范語(yǔ)言和規(guī)范科技名詞,有利于嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)學(xué)風(fēng)的建設(shè)。編輯要嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行注釋和參考文獻(xiàn)規(guī)范,充分體現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)傳承。編輯要認(rèn)真執(zhí)行規(guī)范,使學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范成為編輯和學(xué)者共同的思維模式。編輯嚴(yán)格遵守規(guī)范,對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)失范現(xiàn)象實(shí)行他律,提升出版物的公信力,進(jìn)而影響作者和讀者端正學(xué)風(fēng)遵守規(guī)范,加強(qiáng)道德自律。如果作者、編輯不遵守學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范,學(xué)風(fēng)浮躁,就會(huì)影響學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展,進(jìn)而影響民族創(chuàng)新力。所以編輯要加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范,維護(hù)學(xué)術(shù)尊嚴(yán);端正社會(huì)學(xué)風(fēng),杜絕學(xué)術(shù)腐敗;崇尚科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)木?營(yíng)造良好的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Editor is the maintainer and gatekeeper of the style of study. Editors should conscientiously implement the draft review norms and give full play to the internal cooperation mechanism and supervision mechanism, which is conducive to the construction of a fair style of study. Editors should support the study of new problems, put forward new viewpoints, explore new ideas, expand new fields and reach the new level of innovation, which is conducive to the construction of innovative style of study. In the process of editing, we should pay attention to the specification of the signature of the results, and distinguish between the translated, compiled and written articles. In the process of manuscripts processing, we should pay attention to language norms and scientific and technological norms, and the use of normative languages and standardized scientific and technological nouns is beneficial to the construction of rigorous style of study. Editors should strictly implement the annotation and reference document specifications to fully reflect academic heritage. Editors should conscientiously implement the norms so that academic norms become the common mode of thinking of editors and scholars. The editor strictly obeys the standard, implements the heteronomy to the phenomenon of academic anomie, promotes the public trust of the publication, and then influences the author and the reader to correct the style of study, to abide by the standard, to strengthen the moral self-discipline. If the author or editor does not abide by academic norms and is impetuous, it will affect academic development and national innovation. Therefore, editors should strengthen academic norms, safeguard academic dignity, correct sociological style, put an end to academic corruption, advocate the spirit of scientific rigour, and create a good academic ecological environment.
