【摘要】：近幾年，數(shù)字出版業(yè)迅速崛起，然而一系列數(shù)字出版侵權(quán)的事件不斷給高速發(fā)展的數(shù)字出版業(yè)敲響警鐘，在數(shù)字版權(quán)方面我們已經(jīng)“傷不起”。如何在保護(hù)作者權(quán)益的基礎(chǔ)上，同時(shí)保證出版企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，以及兼顧各方利益的平衡，建立良好、合理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播秩序，，已經(jīng)是擺在所有數(shù)字出版參與者面前需要迫在眉睫解決的問題。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)數(shù)字出版業(yè)的侵權(quán)現(xiàn)狀作分析，并分別從管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律、技術(shù)以及人文環(huán)境等幾方面尋找原因，結(jié)合國(guó)外應(yīng)對(duì)數(shù)字出版侵權(quán)的措施，試圖探索解決我國(guó)數(shù)字出版侵權(quán)的辦法與途徑，為數(shù)字出版的健康發(fā)展做出一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the digital publishing industry has been rising rapidly , but a series of digital publishing tort incidents have been ringing alarm bells for the digital publishing industry of high - speed development , and we have " wound up " in digital rights . How to protect the author ' s rights and interests , and ensure the sustainable development of digital transformation of publishing enterprises , and balance the interests of all sides , establish a sound and reasonable network communication order , has been the urgent problem before all the digital publishing participants .

This paper analyzes the current situation of digital publishing industry in our country and looks for reasons from the aspects of management , economy , law , technology and human environment , and tries to explore the ways and means to solve the problem of digital publishing in our country and make a little contribution to the healthy development of digital publishing .
