網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新策略研究

【摘要】: 隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體已經(jīng)躋身為當(dāng)今的主流媒體行列。2009年網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞媒體更是厚積薄發(fā),真正發(fā)揮了新聞主流媒體之大家風(fēng)范。相對(duì)于實(shí)踐需求而言,網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯的理論研究比較零散、不成系統(tǒng),而且主要立足于編輯實(shí)務(wù)工作,缺乏理論深度和高度。 本論文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯的職業(yè)發(fā)展為研究視角,綜合應(yīng)用了文獻(xiàn)分析、調(diào)查研究、案例分析等研究方法,避免了常見的單維度研究的缺陷,初步構(gòu)建一個(gè)面向職業(yè)的包含工作流程、核心素養(yǎng)、關(guān)鍵因素和工作成效在內(nèi)的研究框架。 研究認(rèn)為,網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯同傳統(tǒng)新聞編輯在本質(zhì)上是相同的,兩者遵循共同的新聞價(jià)值判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工作基本原則、業(yè)務(wù)基本流程。但是在業(yè)務(wù)細(xì)節(jié)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯又形成了自身的特點(diǎn):包括較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)依賴性、受眾多層次的新聞需求和參與互動(dòng)性、非線性組織方式和快捷的組織呈現(xiàn)等。在價(jià)值定位上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯需要在新聞報(bào)道的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)揮組織、升華與解讀的作用。特別是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息海量、質(zhì)量層次不齊和缺乏成熟規(guī)范的環(huán)境下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯的作用反而愈顯重要。本論文通過四大門戶網(wǎng)站“國(guó)慶專題”報(bào)道的分析,展示了網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,且進(jìn)一步揭示其成功內(nèi)質(zhì):網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯必須首先保證新聞內(nèi)容的真實(shí)、詳實(shí),然后根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)受眾的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有效地組織呈現(xiàn),最后還要注意在新聞傳播中進(jìn)行積極的輿論引導(dǎo)和用戶互動(dòng)。 論文最后提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的具體舉措,包括:重視網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞的寫作呈現(xiàn)和組織策劃,打造成熟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞品牌;將新聞編輯的角色拓展到服務(wù)者,從受眾新聞需求、個(gè)性化服務(wù)需求和參與互動(dòng)需求三個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體與受眾之間的互動(dòng);關(guān)注Web2.0、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和媒體融合等發(fā)展變化,拓展網(wǎng)絡(luò)新聞編輯新的空間和價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet, the network media has been among the mainstream media in.2009, and the network news media is more and more extensive, and it has really played the mainstream media. In terms of the demand of practice, the theoretical research of the network news editor is relatively zero, not systematic, and is mainly based on the editing practice. Work, lack of theoretical depth and height.
This paper, taking the career development of network news editor as the research perspective, uses literature analysis, investigation, case analysis and other research methods to avoid the defects of the common single dimension research, and constructs a research framework which includes work flow, core literacy, key key factors and work effectiveness.
The research holds that the network news editor is essentially the same as the traditional news editor, which follows the common news value judgment standard, the basic work principle and the basic business process. However, in the business details, the network news editor has formed its own characteristics, including the strong technical dependence, the audience's multi-level news demand and the news demand. In the value orientation, network news editors need to play the role of organization, sublimation and interpretation on the basis of news reports, especially in the environment of mass network information, poor quality level and lack of mature norms, the more important the role of network news editors is. This paper, through the analysis of the "National Day" report on the four major portal sites, shows the development status of the network news editor and further reveals its success. The network news editor must first guarantee the truth and detail of the news content, and then organize and present effectively according to the special points of the network audience. Active public opinion guidance and user interaction in news dissemination.
Finally, the paper puts forward the concrete measures for the development and innovation of the network news editor, including: paying attention to the writing presentation and organizing planning of the network news, creating a mature network news brand, expanding the role of the news editor to the service provider, strengthening the network media from three aspects of the audience's news demand, the individualized service demand and the participation in the interactive demand. Interaction with the audience; pay attention to Web2.0, the development of mobile Internet and media convergence, and expand the new space and value of network news editor.
