【摘要】：北京市在全國率先開展數(shù)字編輯職稱評定工作,為數(shù)字編輯從業(yè)人員"正名定分",標志著北京市數(shù)十萬數(shù)字編輯從業(yè)人員從此有了明確的職業(yè)發(fā)展方向和評價體系,有了正式的職業(yè)名稱,有了為社會承認的群體地位。文章從該職稱設定的歷史意義、職業(yè)要求的角度,分析了首次考評的命題思路,對下一年度的職稱考評工作提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Beijing has taken the lead in evaluating the professional titles of digital editors throughout the country, and has "fixed a correct name" for digital editors, marking that hundreds of thousands of digital editors in Beijing have since had a clear career development direction and evaluation system. With a formal professional name, there is a social recognition of the group status. From the perspective of the historical significance of the establishment of the title and the professional requirements, this paper analyzes the propositional thinking of the first appraisal, and puts forward some suggestions for the evaluation of the title in the next year.
