【摘要】：《圖書館學(xué)季刊》是民國時(shí)期三大圖書館學(xué)期刊之一,由中華圖書館協(xié)會(huì)創(chuàng)辦。從該刊的辦刊宗旨與發(fā)刊辭可以看出,它既參酌歐美現(xiàn)代圖書館學(xué)的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),又借鑒我國傳統(tǒng)文獻(xiàn)學(xué)、目錄學(xué)的相關(guān)成果,努力創(chuàng)建"中國的圖書館學(xué)"。其欄目設(shè)置表現(xiàn)出以文體組織欄目的時(shí)代特點(diǎn),其載文范圍既注重對(duì)圖書館學(xué)及圖書館建設(shè)等實(shí)際問題的研究和解決,也兼顧提升圖書館的公眾教育功能,以及目錄學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究�！秷D書館學(xué)季刊》的年載文量受時(shí)局影響呈波動(dòng)不均的狀態(tài),載文主題類型以圖書館學(xué)與目錄學(xué)論文并重,表現(xiàn)出圖書館學(xué)與目錄學(xué)相互交織的特點(diǎn)。在學(xué)術(shù)特點(diǎn)方面,《圖書館學(xué)季刊》表現(xiàn)出兼容并蓄的學(xué)術(shù)視野和務(wù)實(shí)的學(xué)術(shù)態(tài)度,是民國時(shí)期圖書館學(xué)研究風(fēng)氣與實(shí)踐水平的最集中體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The Quarterly Journal of Library Science, one of the three major periodicals of library science in the Republic of China, was founded by the Chinese Library Association. It can be seen from the aim of the publication and the publication speech that it not only draws on the beneficial experience of modern library science in Europe and America, but also draws lessons from the related achievements of Chinese traditional bibliography and bibliography, and makes great efforts to establish "Library Science in China". The arrangement of its columns shows the characteristics of the times of organizing columns by style. The scope of its articles not only pays attention to the research and solution of practical problems such as library science and library construction, but also promotes the public education function of the library. As well as the research of bibliography and related disciplines. The annual volume of papers in the Quarterly Journal of Library Science fluctuates unevenly under the influence of the current situation, and its subject types are of equal importance to the papers of library science and bibliography. It shows that library science and bibliography interweave with each other. In terms of academic characteristics, the Quarterly Journal of Library Science shows an inclusive academic perspective and a pragmatic academic attitude, which is the most concentrated embodiment of the atmosphere and practice level of library science research in the Republic of China.
