【摘要】：面對學術出版商業(yè)模式所形成的"期刊危機"與"出版危機",國外高校圖書館已經陸續(xù)參與數字出版實踐。本文通過分析國外高校圖書館參與數字出版的方式,發(fā)現國外高校圖書館已經作為出版內容資源提供者、期刊托管平臺提供者、數字資源長期管理者與保存者、OA政策的支持者與制定者及版權處理者參與數字出版實踐,一定程度上拓寬出版通道,促進學術交流與傳播。我國高校圖書館應借鑒國外相關經驗,找準定位,主動參與數字出版。
[Abstract]:Facing the "periodical crisis" and "publishing crisis" formed by the business model of academic publishing, foreign university libraries have participated in the practice of digital publishing one after another. By analyzing the ways in which foreign university libraries participate in digital publishing, this paper finds that foreign university libraries have become the providers of publishing content resources and periodical hosting platforms. The long-term managers and conservators of digital resources participate in the practice of digital publishing by supporting and developing the OA policy as well as copyright handlers to a certain extent widen the publishing channels and promote the academic exchange and dissemination. Our university library should draw lessons from foreign relevant experience, find the correct position, and take part in digital publishing actively.
