【摘要】：闡明書刊編輯對于標準的規(guī)定,不僅要知道應(yīng)當(dāng)怎樣做,而且要知道為什么要那樣做(即不僅要知其然,而且要知其所以然)的原因;介紹探尋標準所以那樣規(guī)定的理由的辦法和途徑;通過實例說明標準所以那樣規(guī)定的"理由"。建議編輯同人通過多種形式的討論和交流,加深對標準條款的理解,自覺地學(xué)習(xí)并貫徹執(zhí)行標準,不斷提高編輯業(yè)務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:To clarify the standard provisions of the editors of books and periodicals, it is necessary not only to know how to do it, but also why to do so (that is, not only to know what it is, but also to know what it is for); Introduce the ways and means of finding the reasons that the standard provides so; explain the "reason" of the standard so as to provide by the example. It is suggested that editors and editors should deepen their understanding of the standard terms through various forms of discussion and exchange, study and implement the standard consciously, and constantly improve the editorial professional level.
