【摘要】：正面對新科技與新形態(tài)的媒體環(huán)境,媒體主管的經(jīng)營方向變革,絕非單純地把技術(shù)增強(qiáng)或者某幾類人員補(bǔ)齊,而是更應(yīng)該從主管、組織架構(gòu),以及實(shí)際行動來表現(xiàn)決策與決心。自2003年起,臺灣地區(qū)雜志出版界就掀起關(guān)于電子雜志出版的熱烈討論,企圖將雜志數(shù)字化,讓讀者體驗(yàn)全然不同的感官享受,然而受限于臺灣地區(qū)雜志社的規(guī)模,加上消費(fèi)者閱讀習(xí)性非一朝一夕可以改變,使得電子雜志在臺灣地區(qū)難以推行。雖然電子雜志的盛行,絕非一朝一夕可以實(shí)現(xiàn),但自從2011年臺灣地區(qū)政
[Abstract]:Facing the media environment of the new science and technology and the new form , the media director ' s business direction change , rather than simply making technical enhancement or some kind of personnel complement , but rather should show the decision and determination from the supervisor , the organizational structure and the actual action . Since 2003 , the Taiwan region magazine publishing world has set up a lively discussion about the publication of the electronic magazine , which tried to digitize the magazine and let the reader experience the whole different sense enjoyment . However , it is difficult to implement the electronic magazine in the Taiwan region . Although the prevalence of the electronic magazine can be realized overnight , it can be realized since 2011 .
