【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)著作出版資助制度是日本科研資助體系中重要的一項(xiàng)制度,是促進(jìn)日本大學(xué)高層次科學(xué)創(chuàng)新成果向社會(huì)公開(kāi),面向市場(chǎng)的重要機(jī)制。新媒體時(shí)代由日本文部省·學(xué)術(shù)振興會(huì)、大學(xué)法人、社會(huì)公益團(tuán)體構(gòu)成的"三位一體式"多層次學(xué)術(shù)出版資助制度的確立和調(diào)整,值得中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)出版行業(yè)思考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The publication system of academic works is an important system in the Japanese scientific research support system. It is an important mechanism to promote the opening of high-level scientific innovation achievements of Japanese universities to the society and to the market. In the new media era, the establishment and adjustment of the "trinity" multi-level academic publishing aid system composed of the academic revitalization meeting of the Japanese Ministry of Education, the university legal person and the public welfare organizations are worthy of consideration and reference by the Chinese academic publishing industry.
