【摘要】：學術著作出版資助制度是日本科研資助體系中重要的一項制度,是促進日本大學高層次科學創(chuàng)新成果向社會公開,面向市場的重要機制。新媒體時代由日本文部省·學術振興會、大學法人、社會公益團體構(gòu)成的"三位一體式"多層次學術出版資助制度的確立和調(diào)整,值得中國學術出版行業(yè)思考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The publication system of academic works is an important system in the Japanese scientific research support system. It is an important mechanism to promote the opening of high-level scientific innovation achievements of Japanese universities to the society and to the market. In the new media era, the establishment and adjustment of the "trinity" multi-level academic publishing aid system composed of the academic revitalization meeting of the Japanese Ministry of Education, the university legal person and the public welfare organizations are worthy of consideration and reference by the Chinese academic publishing industry.
