【摘要】：從民國文獻(xiàn)影印出版機(jī)構(gòu)、出版內(nèi)容以及文獻(xiàn)類型幾個(gè)方面,概述2000年以來民國文獻(xiàn)出版的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)其出版特點(diǎn),并指出民國文獻(xiàn)影印出版過程中存在的出版機(jī)構(gòu)分布過于集中、出版選題相似或雷同,出版形式規(guī)模過大,出版文獻(xiàn)類型不平衡,以及索引編制重視程度不夠,電子版本開發(fā)缺失等問題。同時(shí)提出了進(jìn)一步開展民國文獻(xiàn)影印出版的建議:加強(qiáng)地方出版機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)民國文獻(xiàn)的整理與出版;研發(fā)影印版民國文獻(xiàn)目錄檢索系統(tǒng),避免重復(fù)出版;建立民國文獻(xiàn)資源調(diào)配與出版共享機(jī)制;采用整套和分卷出版相結(jié)合的形式,解決圖書館資源建設(shè)難題;鼓勵(lì)電子版本的制作和共享,加速出版物的數(shù)字化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the status of the literature and publication of the Republic of China since 2000, summarizes the publishing characteristics of the Republic of China, and points out that the distribution of publishing institutions in the period of the Republic of China is too concentrated, the publication selection is similar or the same, the publication form is too large and the type of publication literature. At the same time, some suggestions were put forward to further develop the documents of the Republic of China: strengthening the local publishing institutions to collate and publishing the documents of the Republic of China; research and develop the bibliographic retrieval system of the Republic of China, to avoid duplication of publication; and to set up the document resource allocation in the Republic of China. With the mechanism of publishing and sharing, the problem of library resources construction is solved in the form of a combination of the whole set and the publication of the publication, and the production and sharing of electronic versions will be encouraged to accelerate the digital process of the publication.
