【摘要】：湖北科學技術(shù)出版社從確立"數(shù)字化項目帶動整體轉(zhuǎn)型"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以來,在規(guī)劃制定、機制創(chuàng)新、項目策劃實施、流程優(yōu)化、新技術(shù)應用、國際化、人才隊伍培養(yǎng)等方面開展了一系列的實踐嘗試,積極探索出一條具有地方科技出版特色的轉(zhuǎn)型升級融合發(fā)展之路。本文分為轉(zhuǎn)型升級實踐綜述、"項目驅(qū)動"路徑梳理和轉(zhuǎn)型升級路徑選擇思考三部分。
