【摘要】：本論文以人民音樂出版社的發(fā)展歷程為研究對象，在廣泛開展文獻調(diào)研和實地走訪的基礎上，對現(xiàn)有的文獻資料進行閱讀和分析，對相關的當事人進行采訪，同時，結(jié)合該社發(fā)展歷程中的特點和一些重大事件，將該社1954年至2001年的發(fā)展歷程分為四個階段：始創(chuàng)及初步發(fā)展時期（1954—1965）、徘徊與曲折時期（1966—1974）、恢復和壯大時期（1975—1991）、持續(xù)發(fā)展和變革時期（1992—2001）；通過對各階段情況的概述和分析，，總結(jié)出不同階段機構設置和管理活動、出版和發(fā)行情況的特點和變化情況，并分析了產(chǎn)生這些變化的原因；接著，采用連續(xù)性的眼光，對不同階段的機構設置、管理活動、出版情況、發(fā)行情況進行綜合分析，總結(jié)其發(fā)展變化的規(guī)律；最后，對該社發(fā)展歷程中的重要特點和經(jīng)驗教訓進行了總結(jié)。 本論文的正文部分共分六章。 第一章、第三章、第四章分機構設置和主要管理活動、出版和發(fā)行情況兩大方面，運用表格和圖表等形式，對人民音樂出版社在始創(chuàng)及初步發(fā)展時期（1954—1965）、恢復和壯大時期（1975—1991）、持續(xù)發(fā)展和變革時期（1992—2001）的發(fā)展情況分別作了敘述和分析，并依據(jù)這些情況總結(jié)了其中的特點和變化，分析了產(chǎn)生變化的原因。 第二章概述了人民音樂出版社在徘徊與曲折時期（1966—1974）這個特殊的發(fā)展階段里的變遷過程，對該階段的出版情況和重要出版物作了重點說明。 第五章在前四章的基礎上，通過綜合歸納的方式，對人民音樂出版社的機構設置、管理活動、出版情況、發(fā)行情況四個方面的規(guī)律進行了總結(jié)。 第六章在前文分析的基礎上，對人民音樂出版社發(fā)展歷程中的重要特點、經(jīng)驗和教訓分別作了總結(jié)和說明。

This paper describes and analyzes the development of the people's Music Publishing House during its founding and initial development period (1954-1965), the period of restoration and expansion (1975-1991), the period of sustainable development and the period of reform (1992-2001), and sums up the characteristics and changes according to these conditions. The reasons for the change are analyzed. The second chapter summarizes the changing process of the people's Music Publishing House in the special stage of development in the wandering and tortuous period (1966-1974), and gives an emphasis on the publication of this stage and the important publications. On the basis of the first four chapters, the fifth chapter summarizes the rules of the organization setup, management activities, publishing situation and distribution of the people's Music Publishing House through the way of comprehensive induction. The sixth chapter summarizes and explains the important characteristics, experiences and lessons of the development of the people's Music Publishing House on the basis of the previous analysis.
